Deluxe Villa | A Relaxing, Lush Stay

This Country Villa is just over an hour away from Lima, in the private community of “Las Colinas de Puerto Viejo”, just off the 73.5km mark of Panamericana Sur highway, a VERY quiet and safe community. Upon entering the property, you’ll se the spacious garden, where there’s also enough space to park up to 4 cars, or you could also park your car outside around the perimeter of the property without issues to enjoy more garden space.

Inside the villa, you’ll find a living and dining room with rustic décor and fine furniture (the wooden tables are all made from olive tree wood from the Andes!), you’ll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The villa has a 2nd living area with a Tv where you can enjoy shows and movies on Netflix and cable Tv, and to rest comfortably (without having to climb up a bunkbed) you can use any of the 5 available bedrooms.

On the ground level you’ll find 3 bedrooms (for up to 7 guests), each one with an ensuite bathroom and garden access, with a Tv. Down the semi-basement is the 4th room, which sleeps up to 3 guests when using the futon inside the room and also has an ensuite bathroom. Finally, the Master bedroom can be found on the 2nd level, which features a King-size bed, a private balcony, Tv, minifridge and ensuite bathroom.

To enjoy some fresh air, head out to the garden area, where you can relax on the patio furniture under the pergola, getting some vitamin D on the chaise lounges or enjoy swimming in the pool. In this area you’ll also find the BBQ zone, which features not only a charcoal grill, but also a cylinder roaster, to enjoy roasted meals with family and friends.

And if you want to do some sports or explore the surroundings, you’re in the right place. You can work out in the private mini-gym inside, or you can enjoy peaceful running sessions all throughout the community (3 miles going all around), and enjoy the trekking roads that lead up to the hilltop to enjoy amazing views. Just a few steps from the house, you may use the tennis court, soccer field, and a kids play area.
