Your family will love this newly renovated, spacious apartment that is close to everything!
Within 5 miles to Hershey Park, Hershey Chocolate World and many other attractions!
This unit is walking distance to restaurants, brewery and a convenience store.
The space
The space is tastefully decorated with the feeling of being ‘at home’.
The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked to cook your own food or if you prefer to do takeout, there’s endless options within a few miles!
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, blender, toaster and coffee maker, electric skillet, and lots more.
Enjoy your meal at the large dining table!
The first floor bath has a walk-in shower. It also holds the washer and dryer in case you may need it during your stay.
The spacious living room has a West Elm
sofa with a pullout memory foam mattress, two leather chairs, and a desk for workspace. The TV is a 50” smart TV, theirs games and kids toys for your family’s enjoyment!

On the second floor you’ll find a bright airy bedroom with a queen bed. Down the hall is the master suite with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. There’s two walk-in closets holding a pack n play, extra blankets and linens, iron and ironing board. The second floor bathroom is off the bedroom.

Such a cute house and convenient location! The Italian place across the street is really good and it’s close to a cute brewery down the street. We were in town for a concert at Hershey Stadium and it was about a 10 minute, less than, drive there. Check in/out was super easy also. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, ok place served its purpose for what we needed. Parking had no walk way to the house we had to walk all over the wet grass. The bathroom shower was SUPER small there is absolutely not enough room to shower and none of us are obese. The bathroom sinks super compact. The floors of the house seemed to be caving in lots of uneven flooring hazardous. The closet upstairs had a sensor light that stayed on the entire time we were there. Appreciated the welcome gift.

Great for Hershey Fun!

This was a lovely place for our family to stay during our Hershey vacation! It was way better than booking a hotel and it was so close to the park and other attractions. Plus, there was an amazing local Italian restaurant practically across the street. We'd highly recommend this place for any family wanting to visit Hershey.

Great Stay

This was a great stay for our family of 5 for the weekend. We were in town for a sports tournament. This was just what we needed. The convenience of some good local restaurants was a plus!

Perfect place for a weekend trip to Hershey Park

This is a perfect little weekend getaway spot that is close in proximity to everything Hershey has to offer. The rental was clean, bright, and nicely decorated. The kiddos loved having a pizza and ice cream shop right across the street as well. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking our next stay at Susan's place!

Wonderful Stay

Our family stayed at Susan’s while visiting Hershey. It was a great location in a wonderful neighborhood. I enjoyed long morning walks with our pup there. The house is clean with everything you need and Susan is very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend her lovely home!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time in town for the weekend for a friend’s wedding. It was nice and clean! It is located on a busier corner right by a traffic light so it was a bit noisy, but nothing unbearable. We were able to comfortably fit 2 (smaller) cars in the parking space out back, so that was nice. Overall, a good stay!!

Enjoyable Trip

This space was perfect for my husband and I and our furry friends. The home was very clean and stocked well with linens and towels. The noise in the front bedroom from the road was a but much in the evening but manageable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay

Beautiful place,extremely clean and spacious for an apartment rental. 6 of us stayed for 4 nights,all good except for the noise from busy road /traffic light in front of house. the living room and second bedroom upstairs face the front so that was extremely noisy all night. Master bedroom was in back of house and was so peaceful,along with the back yard which was a bonus!! Will definitely return,it was a perfect location for our trip!

This rental was very clean and conveniently located. It was also very quiet. Bring your own soap, shampoo and dish soap. None were provided.

Close to Hershey, nice stay

This apartment was a perfect location for us as we visited an expo in Hershey and Hershey Park. Everything we needed was nearby and Hershey park was only a ten minute drive. The apartment was clean and the host provided clear and simple instructions. Everything we needed was provided. The only minor issue was the traffic out front but it becomes background noise. Thank you for letting us stay with our dog!

Beautiful place to stay

Our family had a wonderful stay this week! Check in was easy, parking is perfect, house was so cute and super clean. Susan has every little detail taken care of and was on top of any questions we had. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of space with an additional sleeper pull out we didn't use. Rooms are well lit and are set up nicely. It is located on a main street, but that didnt bother us one bit. Another perk is that there are restaurants in walking distance (rising sun, snitz creek and Annies ice cream were amazing) and a small park a few blocks behind the property (bring a volleyball!!) Thanks so much for a great stay, Susan!

Hershey Park vacation

The property was conveniently located about 15 minutes from Hershey Park, which made for an easy commute. The interior of the property was charming with a beautiful staircase. There was a large kitchen and bedrooms. The showers were very small. It is nice to have off street parking, but the driveway was very small and hard to find initially. There was a large backward, but parking was beyond that which was inconvenient.

The house is on a very busy street. Quite noisy but both bedrooms have noise machines. Showers are small but doable. Very nice to have all the soap supplied. Washer and dryer worked great.Be prepared to walk through the grass from the parking area. Close to everything Hershey so very convenient. We would stay again.

It was an acceptable place to stay after or before day at Hershey. Very clean, tastefully decorated and the owner was very available via messaging. If you stay there in the summer make sure you ask the owner to leave the window units on. There are 4 units I believe and work very well. We checked in after day at Hershey and it was 85 in the house with no units on. Needless tosay everyone was a bit grumpy... there were also some odd things with the property like the door to the bathroom kept coming off the hinges but the property owner stated that would be fixed . We also requested 6 towels and there must have been a communication with the cleaner bc even after this request was made we still only had 5. I counted at the end. The road noise is very loud and ear plugs a must if sleeping in the living room. A value stay if going with a group and booking 2 rooms at hotel is too expensive

Convenient location

Nice location to reach Hershey attractions and to head out on surrounding area day trips. Everything was clean, comfortable and stocked with essentials. A convenience store, Italian restaurant and ice cream shop are directly across the street. Two things to note before your stay: 1) as clearly shown in pics, the showers are smaller in size 2) the parking spot is not directly against the residence. You have to walk across the back lawn. There is no sidewalk for rolling your suitcases. Bonus: there were always bunnies hopping around back there! We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend!

Great home away from home

I needed a place to stay/work in PA while my son was at camp. King Properties was a great fit. There was plenty of space, much more than expected. I set up my remote work station at the desk in the living room. By day, I really enjoyed all the natural lightening in the space (no lights needed). Also the WIFI worked great! I had a few meals at the Rising Sun which is located right across the street. Also ventured into Hersey a few times- a simple 10 min drive. The only downfall is that the corner of Horseshoe Pike and Palmyra Rd is a little busy, so at times during the day, the sound of vehicles/motorcycles was disruptive but it calms down at night. Sue was responsive when reaching out with questions. The property was comfortable and had everything I needed at my fingertips. Well done!

Very Disappointed

I knew we were going to have a problem 3 days before we checked in. It took several messages to Susan to get any info about check in - how hard is it to send a quick message? Why keep your guests in limbo? I asked for info 3 days beforehand...not weeks...days! We were trying to coordinate with family traveling from VA. My family was coming from CT (info that was given to Susan when we first booked) The place was very nice and updated & clean (except for the AC units)...however, the first things we noticed were the broken toilet seats and the pack-n-play was broken. I messaged Susan right after we checked in and she NEVER responded the entire time we were there - unbelievable! We finally made a makeshift area on the bed with pillows for the little one. AC units could barely keep up with the heat and all 4 units required filter cleanings and the vents for all 4 were filled with dirt/dust. Water pressure in the showers...nonexistent! A quick 5 min shower turned into 20 minutes in order to get the soap off. The noise from the street was ridiculous - very loud and obnoxious. Just on the lack of communication from Susan, we would never return. If you're going to rent out your apartment etc, then be responsive to your renter's needs. How hard is it to respond to messages??? Overall our trip wasn't horrible and the place was nice, but a lot of the little details were overlooked and the communication was terrible. 1 star

Thanks for you review Michael. First of all, I apologize for the lack of communication. We had a family illness over the weekend and missed responding to your messages. However, for safety reasons we do not send check in details/codes days before the arrival. Typically, it’s no issues with guests. In the listing description we state that the unit is along a busy street, so you are forewarned. I was not aware the pack n play was broken and have ordered another one. The other issues are sent to the maintenance team.
