This new home comes complete with all new furnishings. Everything was recently purchased for this house including furniture, bedding, kitchen ware, appliances, decor and much, much more. Beautifully furnished from Pottery Barn, Mitchells,
Furnitureland and Amish craftsmen. Custom Hunter-Douglas window treatments throughout including Plantation Shutters and Roman Shades.

This house is located in the new Harbors Edge section of Bayside and is close to the cul-de-sac. There is no house behind or in front of this house. Front and back look directly out into woods.

Powder Room and coat closet off main foyer.

Gourmet Kitchen – State of the art stainless steel appliances including double electric ovens, built in gas cooktop, French doors refrigerator with two types of automatic ice making. (An extra refrigerator is provided in the garage.) Quartz countertops and large island with 4 counter chairs. All new dinnerware, glassware, cooking and eating utensils. Fully furnished spice rack. Keurig and French Press coffeemakers. Lots of cabinet space and a pantry.

Dining – Custom, Amish-made Chestnut Dining Table with chairs.

Great Room – 65 inch TV, gas fireplace, comfortable Pottery Barn sofa and upholstered chairs. Specially crafted driftwood coffee table.

Sunroom – Fully enclosed sunroom with large windows, sofa, chairs and coffee table.

Patio - Paver brick patio with Weber gas grill and coastal table/chairs for 6.

First floor laundry room with Washer, Dryer and utility sink.

Second Floor Full Bathroom, with tub/shower, vanity and linen closet.

Second Floor Balcony – Front of house directly off Queen Bedroom. Includes pub table with 2 pub chairs and 2 glider rockers with table.

Garage – two car garage includes an extra refrigerator. Also included are bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys, a vintage cooler for entertaining and even an air compressor to inflate your tires and toys.

Loft – 75 inch TV. (Perfect for movie night or gaming.) Sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, coffee table, end tables and media console, all from Pottery Barn Includes a game console with games, DVD player and DVDs, board games and a collection of engrossing books.

Bedrooms - ALL 5 Bedrooms HAVE NEW TVs. All new mattresses with fully enclosed mattress covers.

Linens Package Option:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

The Linens Package includes the following items:
1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy
Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count
Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets. 1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Bayside Amenities Passes
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Cancellation Policy:
The following refund policy will apply if home is booked on BethanyBeachHomeRentals.com website:

If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager.

A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. **
B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. **
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund. **
** The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above.

Note: If the home is booked on another website then the cancellation policy will apply that is posted on that other website.

Beautiful, spacious home.

Beautifully decorated home. The home was very clean. We had 10 people in our group, ages 3 to 71. We were very comfortable with the space. The beds were very comfortable. The development offered many activities. Shopping and dining was nearby. A fun time was had by all.
