This is a four bedroom home with two full baths, plus an extra office / sitting space if you need to get some work done while visiting. You also have access to free parking, both in the driveway and on the street.

Upon walking in the home you are greeted by our living room area with a Smart TV, plus the view of the dining room with room for (6) to eat comfortably. Our cozy kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plus a Keurig with plenty of coffee. Down the hallway you will find the full bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a queen bedroom with a Smart TV.

Upstairs (two small flights) you'll discover the dedicated office space and sitting area to your right. To your left is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, plus a queen bedroom, a double bedroom (with Smart TV), and a king bedroom (with a Smart TV).

There is a washer and dryer in the basement, but we are still working on renovations and hope to have them up and running shortly!

We have a driveway that will fit about three cars. Street parking is free. Uber and Lyft are available!

This is an older neighborhood in Cincinnati called Evanston. We are just a short drive to O'Bryonville, Hyde Park, Oakley, and Walnut Hills. Downtown Cincinnati is just ten minutes away from this home.

Uber and Lyft are prevalent, but we still recommend using your own car.

This home is super close to I-71, making it easy access to downtown Cincinnati.

• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
