Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect. Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows:

Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 3pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 10am(3/15-10/31)

However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

COASTAL COTTAGE at Seaside Beach: This bright and airy  Coastal Cottage is perfect for intimate or family getaways,  pets are welcome too. Enjoy connecting with friends and family in the private backyard firepit, or curl up with a book in front of the gas fireplace on winter days. After a day at the beach and playing the kids can clean off in a delightful bubble bath. The home is fully updated and sleeps six with three bedrooms and one and a half baths, it is in a great location to access downtown, the beach, and our cove amenities (Golf / Pub / Coffee & Cafe / Grocery )  are around the corner.

Minimum Stay Requirements


 In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum. June 14-June 27 there is a 3 night minimum. We do not take reservations for less than 2 nights at this time. During September through June 13th there is a 2 night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
 

Hood to Coast 2023 - We are now accepting two night bookings by phone call. Pricing may vary with additional nights.

SOCCER IN THE SAND - We are now accepting three night bookings at this location. If you wish to add additional nights we are happy to offer a discounted rate on fourth, fifth, etc.
