This is the perfect getaway from the cold snowy mornings. Relax, unwind, defrost and explore the treasure coast. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation getaway offers many 5-stars amenities, like highspeed internet, modern appliances, and full-size washer and dryer inside. Take a short walk across the street to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic at the top of the gated tiki hut or a short stroll to the west to the private dog park and private marina with possible wet or dry slip rental for an additional cost. ***This property is never listed on Craigslist***

Great stay at Lil Island Beach House!

We loved the property and it was perfectly suited for our family of 4. The beach was just a short walk across the street and the community has its own private entrance for the community to park in and access. A great little pizza place called Surfside is just outside the community for dinner along with other restaurants that are a quick drive to downtown Jensen Beach. Great location and home. We will definitely return if we visit the area again!

Perfect 5 stars

One word; PERFECT. Our son being in a wheelchair, we had a lot of questions when we wanted to book the house. Hosts were very cooperative answering with kindness and patience. The house is so clean, well maintained and the decor is detailed. We had enough room for the 5 of us and enjoyed the backyard also. Location is just perfect, it was nice to be able to walk to the beach. We appreciated the quiet neighboorhood. Thank you again Maria & Jason. For sure we would like to come back.

Great place close to the beach

I stayed here with my mother and 3 year old for 5 nights. We loved it! Every morning we ate a little breakfast put together from the basics purchased at the little shop a block away, then walked to the beach, a block away, packed with the supplies provided at the house: towels, beach chairs, umbrella, even a few plastic buckets for my son to play with, and a wagon to throw it all in. Fantastic! After a day at the beach, we’d walk back and shower up, then pick up a to go order at the pizza place a block away and bring it to the cabana (which is the first photo of the listing, shared, I presume with the rest of the neighborhood) and had a lovely dinner overlooking the ocean. Everything was really great at the house and if you are looking for a chill time close to a great beach, as we were, i would absolutely recommend it. Maria and Jason were great: very welcoming and communicative.

Perfect Island Getaway

My wife, three kids, and I stayed here. There is plenty of room, and the place is perfectly maintained. It’s clean and upgraded. The location is really convenient for the beach and intercoastal fishing—both walkable. It’s a short drive to downtown Jensen and a number of amazing restaurants and shops. We’ll be back.

Best Getaway

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting my mom (who lives nearby) for her 80th birthday! From beginning to end, a wonderful experience! Hosts are quick to respond, helpful, and so kind! The house is beachy, clean, comfortable, and well stocked, in a wonderful neighborhood within close walking distance to the beach! We can't wait to come back! One of the best homes we have stayed at and so thankful for hosts willing to share this lovely home with us!

Beautifully Maintained

What a great place to stay. The property is well maintained and the interior is so inviting. There are beach towels available, chairs for the beach, hair dryer, a wagon to cart to the beach. The list does not end here. So close to the beach and other beach options close by. If you are a Pickleball enthusiasm, you can find play 12 minutes away. We had a great stay in Hutchinson Island.

Overall, it was ok. The picture is false advertising! The property is not on the BEACH! The beach is more than 10 minutes walking, crossing a 4 lane road. The kitchen clock isn't working-needs batteries. The place was furnished nicely and clean. I was so upset not being on the beach, my rated my stay unsatisfactory.

Beach Happiness

The Lil Dream Beach House was truly a dream! From the moment you open the door, it’s very warm and welcoming. The house has a bright, spacious and comfortable layout; equipped with everything necessary and then some. My siblings and I after four years not getting to the beach, because of my health, found this home. What a finding, we had the beach walking distance, with a nice place to put our belongings and enjoy the view with cool breeze or walk along the sand and enjoy the water! Oh I found so many beautiful shells. The host was very courteous, kind, and responsive!

Nicely done vacation home with caring owners

This place generally exceeded our expectations. Great kitchen and living room, spacious bedrooms and everything well appointed and recently remodeled. Internet and TV service excellent. Appliances top-notch, along with dishes/cookware, etc. A couple of small dings but in no way would I not recommend you stay here: 1. Tile floors looked fine and clean but our clean feet soon looked dirty after a couple hours of padding around the house. I think it just needs one deep clean to solve this. 2. I would upgrade the sleeping pillows. 3. Small nit, but the main bath shower caddy prevents you from opening the shower door inward which then makes it hard to reach the towels off the towel rack. 4. The instructions on using the front door electronic lock could be improved. Arriving at night and fumbling with the code was a bit frustrating. Would definitely book again if I return to the area. Visit Yaowarat Asian Kitchen for terrific Thai food plus sushi, and get Chiu as your waiter for a fun time (great outdoor seating, too!).

Absolutely the best!

We were thrilled with our stay at the Beach House! It was super clean and spacious! Excellent location close to the beach (right across the street). Much prettier in person, too! Quality everything in this lovely home...we really enjoyed our stay and will be back! And we are recommending to our family members that stay in the area, too! Thank you again for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

The place was in a neighborhood across road from beach the tiki hut was On stilts and had planned it to be on ground was taking88 year old to the beach I thought it was on the property but on beach across the road and the house wasn’t handicap accessible she only had a walker but was hard to get in back bathroom other than that it was nice we made do and they did say they would refund but didn’t know about Vrbo side

Perfect Anniversary Getaway!!

It was our 2nd trip to Jensen Beach and our 1st stay at the Lil island beach house and it was AWESOME!! The house was immaculate the location was perfect. We had the opportunity to meet the owner Maria, and she was lovely! We had a Fantastic time, this is a Great place to stay. When you come and stay here don't forget to go to Jan's Place for a delicious breakfast. Brad.

Best Vrbo we've stayed at!

I was looking for a pet-friendly place to stay with my wife and kids while we visited my parents in Jensen Beach. We decided on this property and could not have been more happy with it. From the time we walked in, my wife could not stop talking about how cute everything was, and mentioning all the little details that really made this property stand out. Things like super-plush towels (including a makeup towel!) and bedding, USB and 115v charging built-in to the night stands, provided paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, k-cups, food bowls and waste bags for dogs... Lots of things you wouldn't typically get. The layout of the home was great, the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and appliances you could need. Plenty of seating inside and out. My kids loved that every room had a big TV with streaming services, and they each got their own bed and didn't have to share a bathroom with their parents. The master had a ton of space, walk-in closet, nice big bathroom, and a great little work area with a desk and a view of the yard. The fenced in back yard with covered patio was a huge plus! Pets could lounge out there all day. The location was perfect! Walk to the beach with private access and a cabana in a couple minutes, or drive to restaurants and stores in 10 minutes or less. The whole family really enjoyed our 5-day stay, and when we return to Jensen Beach we'll definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect size for a family getaway

We were visiting our son and wife who live in Jensen Beach. We brought his 2 siblings plus one to visit for the week. The house offered space for daily meals together at the house with all 7 of us. It gave us space to have a game night and big comfy couch for movie watching. The hosts also provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach bag which made it super easy to walk over to the beach. We loved the proximity to the beach and it was also convenient to make grocery store runs as needed. Lots of eating venues in the area. Not crowded with tourists on the beach which was very nice. The house was very clean, homey and inviting, plus comfortable sleeping arrangements for siblings to share a room. We will definitely come back to this VRBO for future visits to see our son and daughter-in-law.
