If you are looking for a newly renovated home in a gated golf community, with transferable golf privileges, this is the one! We purchased the home this year and renovated it with new flooring, paint and furniture. This home is in Twin Eagles CC, which has two golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, tiki bar and workout facilities. The home is an open concept single level pool home on the 9th green on the Eagle course. Golf membership is transferable with a transfer fee. Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite full bath. The third bedroom has twin beds. Twin Eagles has 2 beautiful golf courses set on over 1100 acres. The community is a short drive to several Naples beaches, shops, restaurants and the Ft.Myers airport. The house is well furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is a short walk, just a few blocks to the Tiki Bar and all the amenities that Twin Eagles has to offer.
Twin Eagles is conveniently located just east of I-75. Twin Eagles offers a low traffic area with fast access to all that Naples has to offer and Fort Myers just north. There are many local conveniences including nearby shopping, dining and recreational activities. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is about 30 minutes north. Gulfcoast Town Center, Miromar Outlets, and Coconut Point Mall are about 20 minutes away. White sugar sand beaches of both Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins are only 25 minutes away. Getting to Naples, which includes the Ritz-Carlton on Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato with great dining at the Capital Grill and the vibrant Blue Martini is a short drive away. And don't forget to head down to 5th Avenue in downtown old Naples. Great place to stroll for the afternoon and watch the stunning sunset from the pier.
