- The back entrance/elevator also has a security desk and gives you quick access to the flat area of Zona Romantica, where coffee, restaurants, spas, and shopping are steps away.

To have full access to all the building amenities described above, renters and their guests are provided with wristbands by the lobby desk at check-in. Our first-rate co-hosting concierge, Lifestyles PV, will reach out to you before your visit, meet you at the Sail View, check you in & out, and show you the building & our condo.
Lifestyles will also answer questions/concerns you may have before or during your stay. You can also contact them for tours, restaurant recommendations, and sightseeing throughout your stay.
Ran & Khaled are available as well for any questions or concerns, so you can thoroughly enjoy your visit and make the most of your time in Puerto Vallarta.
In the middle of charming Zona Romantic just blocks--and sometimes steps--to beach, dining, shops, spas and entertainment. Walking distance to all of Zona Romantica and beyond, the unit has no off-street parking. Cabs, Uber and other ride services are inexpensive options.

ALSO NOTE:
By making a reservation you acknowledge you will have to complete a condominium registration form required the Sail View building at least 3 days before your arrival that includes providing your contact phone, email, and a copy of identification in advance. Also you will provide your email at least two weeks before arrival, so that our concierge co-host can contact you arrange the completion of the form.

More about our home, Cielo de Vallarta/Vallarta Sky:
- Our home comes with a local concierge to address questions and issues during your stay. They also provide concierge services such as grocery shopping, tours/activities bookings, and restaurant/bar/club recommendations and can arrange an airport pick-up. - To get to the condo from the lobby, you take 2 elevators. First, take the elevator from the lobby to the 4, 6, 7, 8, or 9th floor. Exit, and then down the hall, take the second elevator to the 11th floor.
- No leaning on the glass railings
- No smoking, even on the balcony, and no pets, even visiting.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- The Sail View limits renters to at most 2 guests at a time
- For those staying more than 7 days, we provide midweek cleaning once a week. For shorter stays, housekeeping cleans only after checkout, but if you want cleaning during your stay, you can arrange it with the concierge at an additional cost.
More about the 105 Sail View building:
- Guests will be provided wristbands at check-in to wear during their stay. Visitors will have to provide ID and leave it with the front desk for the duration of their stay.
- There’s a bit of an incline in the three-block walk from the breach to the front lobby entrance. If you want to avoid it, you can enter through the back door closer to sea level.
- Abide by the building rules when using common areas such as the rooftop, pool, jacuzzi & gym. No glass wares are allowed by the pool/jacuzzi. Be considerate of the people around you, headphones are required for personal music devices, and you must wear appropriate attire in the gym.
- To conserve energy, a precious resource in Puerto Vallarta, our AC system is designed to turn off if you leave the sliding glass doors open or the rooms are empty for an extended period. It will turn on again when the door is closed or the room is re-occupied.
- The building is three blocks from the beach and the front door is a bit of the uphill walk, but the back door has no hill and is a few extra blocks.
