Ático con vistas en Saint Germain Des Prés / Luxemburgo

Ubicado cerca del Jardin du Luxembourg, junto a Saint Germain des Prés, en un edificio típicamente parisino, nuestro ático dúplex, ubicado en los pisos 7 y 8, con ascensor, tiene aproximadamente 1300 pies cuadrados.

Estilo Loft. Alojamiento para 4 personas.

El primer nivel incluye: una sala de estar doble, amplia y abierta, con un enorme televisor de pantalla plana, una cocina abierta totalmente equipada con barra de bar y una pequeña terraza; un dormitorio doble con su propio cuarto de baño (bañera + ducha) y vestidores; un WC independiente, y una sala de oficina con computadora ADSL. ACCESO A INTERNET.

Subiendo las escaleras, el segundo nivel incluye: una sala para niños de ancho con dos camas, un pequeño dormitorio para uno, y un cuarto de baño con bañera y WC.

Este piso descripciones generales de todos los monumentos principales: la Torre Eiffel, el Sacré Coeur (Montmartre), los Inválidos, y todos los tejados de París. Una impresionante vista desde nuestras ventanas.

Nuestro barrio:
Edificio del siglo 19 con conserje y el código de acceso en el corazón del distrito 6 glamoroso.
Todo a poca distancia: bombo comerciales, tiendas de comestibles, galerías, museos, cines, teatros, cafés y restaurantes animados que lleva su camino hasta el Sena.
3 diferentes estaciones de las líneas de metro y varias líneas de autobuses, a los pies de la casa.
La preciosa y amplia Jardin du Luxembourg está a dos cuadras de distancia para hacer footing, con zona de juegos para niños y pistas de tenis. La mejor tienda de departamento 'Le Bon Marché "está a cinco minutos a pie. Además, 'La Grande Epicerie' ofrece la mejor selección de alimentos frescos y comestibles.
El famoso mercado al aire abierto orgánica Raspail destaca la vuelta de la esquina cada domingo por la mañana, así como un Mercado de alimentos en general al aire libre celebrada dos veces por semana.

Spectacular apartment!!

We feel so lucky to have spent our time in Paris in this perfect and spacious apartment. It had everything we needed for our family and Bernadette was a wonderful host. Our family was so comfortable there and we cannot wait to return! The views were breathtaking and the location was ideal-- everything was within walking distance from groceries and restaurants to shopping and workout studios. There is a delightful open air market right down the street which adds to the appeal of this apartment. Thank you Bernadette for making our time in Paris so easy and enjoyable!

Perfect Apartment

We had a wonderful vacation at this Paris apartment. The location was perfect, centrally located to everything. The views were spectacular! Bernadette was a lovely host, who was in constant contact, ready and willing to answer any questions and make recommendations. We hope to visit again someday!

À louer sans hésiter !

Je n'ai que de bons mots quant à cet appartement. D'abord, il est idéalement situé, à deux minutes de marche de la station de métro St-Placide, à proximité des cafés, brasseries, traiteurs et boutiques. Le quartier est animé, mais l'appartement, situé au 7ème étage, invite au calme et à la détente. D'ailleurs, l'appartement est charmant, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis. Les propriétaires démontrent manifestement un réel désir que le confort de leurs hôtes soit comblé: accueil chaleureux et sans chichi, bouteilles de champagne et de vin au réfrigérateur, produits alimentaires de base, café, pain et lait (très apprécié lors d'une arrivée tardive !) et produits d'hygiène étaient à notre disposition. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie, de qualité supérieure. J'espère bien retourner à Paris au cours de la prochaine année; si tel était le cas, le 92 boulevard Raspail sera assurément ma destination ! Sophie

Perfect vacation apartment!

We had the most wonderful vacation over Christmas and New Year's at this perfect Paris apartment. Bernadette is a wonderful host, providing helpful recommendations and guidance about the neighborhood restaurants and shopping and she went above and beyond to help us. We were concerned about getting a reservation for the evening of December 25th and Bernadette went ahead and made a reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant. When we arrived, there was a Christmas tree with lovely gifts underneath it for our family. The apartment has spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. We loved the location and we were able to walk all over the city from the apartment. It was perfectly equipped for our family of four. I would recommend this apartment to others and would love to stay there again.

Perfect Paris Apartment

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) just returned from an amazing week in in this wonderful Paris apartment. The views were gorgeous, the apartment perfectly equipped with anything a family might need (including a fabulous espresso maker!). The location is lovely and close to everything. We walked all over Paris from our home base. Bernadette and her son were so helpful to us during the entire rental process and when we arrived. We could not have asked for more gracious hosts. Her shopping and restaurant recommendations were perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others and we sincerely hope to stay here again.

Perfect Paris Apartment

This was our second year at this lovely apartment in the heart of Paris. The location is incredible and the owners are wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable...it's close to the Metro and all the sites in Paris. There's a farmers market on the street several times a week. Resturants of every kind...the owners give great recommendations! We were here for 3 weeks and it feels like our home in Paris. if you can get it...take them up. You won't be disappointed.

One of our favourite holidays!

I concur with all the previous reviews. Our family consists of 2 adults, and 20, 18, and 15 year old children. We love to travel on school holidays over the Christmas break and did a lot of research on Parisian neighbourhoods. This apartment was perfect in many, many ways. The location was quiet from a street perspective, but so incredibly close to everything. We bought warm croissants and pastries every morning, took the easily accessible bus and subway almost every day, and generally basked in the enjoyment of Christmas in Paris. Everything was open every day and we completely loved it. The apartment was perfect--as well we highly enjoyed the Nespresso machine! Although we loved it...I have to be honest that the beds were a little small for adult sized children. No one complained, but it was a little tight sleeping. We did know beforehand, however, that this would be the case but happily accepted it. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, and we were in need of nothing. The views were gorgeous, the DVD selection amazing, Bernadette's restaurant and shopping recommendations were wonderful. She even made a reservation for us before we arrived for my son's 18th birthday and we were absolutely thrilled when the waiters all came out and brought him a cake and sang Happy Birthday en francais!! We still laugh about it and were touched by her thoughtfullness. I would not hesistate to recommend this apartment and sincerely hope to return to it again in the future.

Perfect location in Paris!

My husand, our two children (ages 12 and 13), and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for three weeks in July. The location was excellent! Close to shopping in every direction, organic farmers market 2 blocks away, and the metro was steps from the front door. The apartment itself was very charming, comfortable and equipped with everything you'd need and more. Our children especially enjoyed the 100's of DVD's to choose from, and kept them entertained after a long day of sight-seeing. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us advice on things to do, restaurants, and shopping, etc. We can't wait to return to Paris next summer and stay at this same apartment!

PERFECT PARIS GETAWAY

My husband and I fell in love with this wonderful apartment! The views were spectacular---and from every room. You will not find a better location---walking distance to some of Paris' most beautiful areas and easy access to the metro. The owner and her son met us and spent a great deal of time showing us around and providing us with valuable information. They were charming and delightful. We especially enjoyed the warm, homey atmosphere of the apartment.

Delightful Stay during the Christmas Holiday Week

Our family of two parents and three young adult daughters loved the Icovic's apartment. Our gracious hosts met us in their apartment and left us delightful goodies. My husband and daughters liked the espresso maker. We loved seeing the Eiffel Tower from the apartment windows, especially when lighted at night. The apartment is quiet, close to subway stops, Luxembourg Park and to fabulous Parisian shops. We appreciated recommendations for restaurants and shopping given to us by the owner.

GREAT TIME IN ST GERMAIN DES PRES

Thank you so much for this incredible stay in Paris : we loved feeling at home in such a lovely house, our daughters enjoyed shopping around , no bus needed, very safe area . Our little one just couldn't leave the Luxembourg gardens and the poneys. My husband and I had great pleasure to stroll around museums, cafés and galleries, and even the open air market was a treat. Amenities were perfect, including the Nespresso machine! We miss the sparkling Eiffel Tower every evening. We warmly recomend this absolutely charming address in Paris and the perfect welcome of the owners." Russel family ( Boston)
