Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom just a short walk from Marco Islands beautiful beaches, restaurants and hotels. Great open concept floor plan, & your own private pool! Three bedrooms consist of master with king bed, full bath, walk in closet, 2nd bedroom queen bed walk-in closet and workstation; 3rd BR with two twin trundle beds. Large open dining/living areas with pull out sofa. Foosball table, games, corn hole, pool basketball hoop; a comfortable, cozy fun, retreat you won’t want to leave!

April Get-A-Way

We had an enjoyable week on Marco with our son, grandchildren and great-grandchild. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and it was conveniently located close to beach access. Beds were comfortable, pool was refreshing and well maintained. Host was very responsive to questions.

Loved the home! Just wish it had face towels and the master bedroom door would be able to lock. The pool area and the games were awesome! My family and I had so much fun!

Great Location to Beach Well Kept Pool

The house is easy walking distance to the beach as well as a variety of restaurants. The owner has a variety of beach items for use including a wagon to haul your gear. The screened in swimming pool was exceptionally clean and maintained at a perfect temperature for the season and allowed plenty of sun if desired or shade in the covered sitting area. the pass through window in the kitchen to patio is a neat feature for serving refreshments and snacks.The host communication was great and property was very clean with most basic kitchen amenities.

Great Stay!

We had a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was perfect. Everything was clean, the pool was warm and the location was great. No complaints, would definitely recommend this rental!

Great Location!

Fantastic location easily walkable to the JW Marriott. Pool is nice and we really enjoyed the lanai. Lots of linens and a reasonably well stocked kitchen. Trash is picked up twice a week which is really nice.

Oh hum

Dead cockroach when we first entered, found out the hard way there were ants!! Got into everything. Electrical in areas and tv 2 nd bedroom didn’t work. Pool was wonderful and maintained, location was key!! Happy for the most part, and oh, front door didn’t close easily

Great little getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a few days during a conference nearby. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay with our dog. The location was great with a short walk to the beaches and dining.

Property was very nice. Grandkids loved the pool. Was hoping for little shorter walk to beach with them but access was certainly there and manageable. First time in Marco Island. Really enjoyed the area.

Lovely home for the four of us on Marco Island

Us and two of our adult children enjoyed our stay in this fine home on Marco Island. We spent most of the time at the home using the refreshing covered pool that was covered in a cage that kept the bugs away. Everything we needed was there. We had a good time.

Amazing property. Amazing location. Great extras throughout the house.

The layout and space in this house was fantastic for our family of 6. Lots of linens, towels and more. Huge garage. Awesome kitchen great for entertaining and in and out of the pool area. Awesome pool and goes up to 6 feet. Location to the best parts of the beach couldn't be better. Property very clean and welcoming. Wish it was my house!! Couldn't recommend more.
