Cozy 2bed/2bath unit with all the amenities at your disposal with breathtaking views of Newfound Lake and the beautiful mountain landscape. Swim or just relax on the private beach, kayak the Lake and around Loon island or sit around the fire pit at night watching the beautiful sunsets! Clay tennis courts are on premises as well as other activities close by such as hiking trails, golfing and biking. For our winter guests there is snowshoeing and cross country skiing near by and close access to the skiing areas like Tenney Mountain (5 min!), Waterville Valley and Loon Resort (45 mins) and Ragged Mountain (25 mins).

All trash needs to be bagged and removed from unit at checkout. There are bins in the small red barn down the hill to the left of the large red barn.

Great lakefront property

This condo was great for our 3 night stay. It was close to where our family was and right on the lake. The kitchen was great for breakfast, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean! Would recommend this place!

Amazing views in a cozy condo

This VRBO was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice, as the lake and Mountain View are spectacular. Everything was very clean and it had all that we needed.

Family weekend

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful condo and had a lovely and relaxing time. We enjoyed nearby skiing and the beautiful sunsets! Even in winter, a walk down to the lake is peaceful and relaxing. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away.

A great place

We loved staying on this property because of the lake! The place is right on the lake and it's so easy to just walk down and spend the whole day swimming. The property was clean and had what we needed there. There was an ac in each room and an ac unit in the living area which was great.

Lake Weekend Visiting Family

We had a great weekend visiting family. The condo was recently updated and had plenty of games to keep us busy during some rainy days. The beach and swimming area can't be beat. The owner was very responsive to questions we had about amenities. Thanks for a great stay.

Spacious condo and great beach

This was our second stay at this property and it won't be our last. The beach is beautiful and the kayaks provided by the owners are in great condition. Both bathrooms are newly updated and the entire place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of room to relax - perfect for our family of four (with older kids).

Wonderful Week on the Lake

We have vacationed several times at the Hillside and we really enjoyed this week very much. The owners were very helpful and communication was great. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location of the Hillside Inn on the lake is great and the beach is large and child-friendly. I highly recommend this unit.

We had such a lovely time at a beautiful location. Apartment was clean and easily accessed. Note that the bunk beds are queen not twin so actually extra space!

Great Beach and Waterfront

This is a clean pleasant condo and adequately equipped. Access to waterfront, nice sandy beach, lovely lake view and use of kayak are real pluses. Owner is new to VRBO but responsive to things that needed attention. Ideal for young family with bunk beds in one bedroom and queen in the other bedroom. The unit is on the second floor as noted. A booklet of information on the unit and the area by the owner is forthcoming and will help future renters.
