Welcome to Over the Moon Beach House — a coastal retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable views.

🏡 This charming getaway features:

• Three spacious bedrooms
• Two full bathrooms
• A bonus room with bunk beds and a pullout sofa — ideal for both kids and adults


🌊 Perched above Cape Cod Bay, the home offers sweeping vistas where, on clear days, you can spot Provincetown or even whales breaching in the distance. The master bedroom faces the ocean, letting the soothing sound of waves lull you to sleep each night.

💻 For those working remotely, there’s a cozy office nook with panoramic 360° views of the bay, equipped with dual monitors and a Surface tablet hookup — productivity meets paradise.

☕ Start your day with a sunrise and coffee on the deck, soaking in the serene beauty of the shoreline.

⚠️ Please note: The beach below is rocky and may be challenging to access for guests with mobility concerns. Stairs lead down to the shore, with a ladder available from April through early October.

Property is secluded as it sits on a dead end street. We ask no parties as we have neighbors who live there year round and we want to respect the tranquility. This is a quiet neighborhood.

We were at the beach house for Christmas and it was lovely. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. My cousin's husband was able to work in that beautiful office, what a view!! Our only complaint is that it was December and not July! We are hoping to return some time later during the summer as I would totally return to Over the Moon.

Our family stayed here and absolutely loved every minute! The house had literally everything we needed. I especially appreciated Amie’s response time and recommendations! My sister and mom both have mobility issues and this house had many options for beds on the first floor along with a full bath. For people who have a hard time with steps it was perfect! One of my favorite parts of the trip was waking up to the sun rising from the primary bedroom and on the deck. 10/10 planning on coming back next summer!

My partner and I were celebrating our birthdays with friends in Boston. We're from Florida, so of course we chose the coast outside the city. We truly appreciated the rocky coastline and perfect weather. While at the house, we visit Plymouth and the various towns on the Cape.

Over the moon is an accurate name for this gem of a home.

We absolutely loved the home. Amie is absolutely wonderand is a very caring owner. She takes pride in her property and is genuinely friendly and cares about her guests.

A mid October visit. The house is beautiful. A little disappointed to not have easy access to the rocky beach in front but wonderful sandy beaches nearby. And pretty much deserted in October. Perfect! Beautiful sunrises and views of the bay. We’ll be back.

Perfect getaway

The photos of over the moon does not do this location justice! Such a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! We absolutely loved the views especially of the sunset. The location is right in between Boston or a day at the cape making it an ideal location if you want to explore the area! This spot is good for a couple or a larger group. Amie was awesome as well. Answering any questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely come back here!!

Incredible Stay!

We had an absolute blast at Over The Moon! Amie made our stay as welcoming as can be! Despite the rainy/foggy weather, we were still able to enjoy the unbeatable views from the deck. My kids loved crabbing in the rocks right out front, and the location was central to all of Plymouth’s gems (Scusset Beach; the famous Plymouth Rock, Treehouse Brewery, and the Canal to name a few…) we would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach!! Hope to enjoy this little slice of paradise again sometime!

Furthermore, the house itself was nothing short of amazing. It was equipped with every amenity we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Plymouth House

The house is beautiful with a perfect quiet location! We were able to get everywhere easily and it’s not a long drive from Boston if you fly in there. Amie was wonderful and so easy to communicate with regarding our stay! Highly recommend this house if you are looking for the perfect location to explore the New England Coast!
