This little place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Dallas.
A quite place for working travelers with a desk for remote working. Beautiful and relaxing koi pond to sit by.

Your hosts lives on-site in the main house and is here to help make your stay great. We are local business owners that design and build sets, exhibits and crazy cool things. You may see our work while you’re in town.
The space
This is an open floor plan similar to a studio.
Vaulted ceiling and sky light.

43” smart tv that has access to Netflix’s and Disney+

Bikes available upon requests at your own risk. Lost or stolen will result in replacement fees.
Guest access
All backyard spaces are open to guests. Street parking, though you are welcome to off load your luggage in the driveway.
Propane grill is available (smoker belongs to our resident tenant who lives in the main house. Main house is a duplex where we, the home owners live as well as our full time tenant of 11 years. You’re sure to run into us.
You may see us a build a fire in the fire pit, please ask permission before building your own. Windy days are not a good idea during the fall when leaves are everywhere and dry. We’re here to assist.
Other things to note
If the gate is closed, please note to open the gate only towards the street. There is a chain to latch it open to keep it from swinging in the wind.

Propietario/a: Chelsea
Chad and Chelsea are your hosts. We own and operate a small scenic design/fabrication shop C. Scenic where we will spend most of the week building unique exhibits and scenery. Before C. Scenic had a dedicated shop space, we did a lot of what we do in our backyard, there are 2 studios in the yard that we still use occasionally for our personal art work. You may see us goofing off back there during your stay.
