Everything is this house was perfect. Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances and cookware. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, etc for us. The games were great for the teens, extra kudos for the foosball table. House was very clean for our check in and the host was so quick to answer all my questions. And our entertainment was provided by Mineral Wells finest numerous traffic stops on the street in front of the house, LOL. But, seriously, be mindful of the traffic speed control on that street!

I am only giving a 4 star for the very low water pressure while showering or when brushing our teeth. Other than that, Loved the house and all the ammenities and the location.

We had a very nice stay. The home is very spacious and clean. The layout is such the three bedrooms are private from the rest of the house. The bath rooms were very clean and newly remodeled. We did not cook, but the kitchen was very nice also.This was a perfect location near the wedding we attended at Clark Botanical Gardens.

Great house

This is our second time staying at this home, as it is the closest to our family members farm. We love it. It is a great place to stay and close to the adorable shops downtown!

Everything was great. It was a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect My only issue was the bathroom off the master bedroom. The floor in that one room was dirty and had hair on the floor that was not ours. The kitchen, bedrooms and living areas were all cleanc lean

Very spacious and clean

Property was as listed. Inside was beautiful and had lots of amenities. Outside needed tending to. We all enjoyed the open space, games for kids and beds were comfortable. Will stay again if visiting this area.

Mineral Wells Gem

Two friends (seniors now!) met for four days/nights in Mineral Wells. This little house was perfect…very clean, looks exactly like the photos, plenty of space to chat, eat and sip a little wine. The kitchen included a very nice touch with a few snacks, ample supply of coffee k-cups, frig stocked with several cold bottles of water and the ice-maker was turned on & full (which is often not the case in many VRBO homes). The house is in a great location, and the only time you hear the traffic noise is outside on the front porch…the interior (including the bedrooms) is nice & quiet. Our contact, Leo, immediately responded to a quick question we had. Highly recommend this little gem…you won’t be disappointed!

Kept up very well. Landscaping is a work in progress.

The ammenities and layout of the house were wonderful. The owner responded to questions in a timely manner. The only negative i would have is the landscaping and patio were in poor condition. I feel the owner put focus first on the house and likely now will work to make the outdoor area more livable. I would stay here again.

Lovely place to stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Property manager was quick to answer my questions and very polite. The house was clean and very inviting we felt like we were at home. Next time we are in Mineral Wells we will for sure reserve the house again.

Worst short-term rental experience

I booked this home to stay in with my two children for a baseball tournament. We left within an hour after arriving due to feeling unsafe. The home is on a busy street and there is a dumpster in the front lawn you have to squeeze by in order to park in front of the garage that has someone living in it. There are vacant homes and businesses surrounding the home. There were three police vehicles parked in the parking lot facing the home with someone pulled over. I was concerned for our safety and went to the police station. I was told they cannot share information about specific areas of town, but they slid me a post it note encouraging me to google the crime rate. I did so, and left. An officer followed me to my car and said it isn't that bad, but he recommended the newly remodeled hotel in town. I contacted VRBO with my concerns, but the owner refused our cancellation. We were booked Thursday through Sunday. We have stayed in homes in many states and internationally and have never had an experience like this one.

Great house!

This was the best house for our girl's trip. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere. The house was clean, adorably decorated, and fully stocked. Would stay here again.

We were very impressed with the house. The interior was very nice, and there were lots of little courtesy/convenience items provided. Also, great communication from the host. Highly recommend!

Convenient Safe Clean Stay

Our adult family, my wife and I and two sons, met for a getaway weekend in Mineral Wells. A perfect house for us to spend the weekend. The house was very clean. Wonderfully decorated - the owner had trimmed the house with a Spring/Easter decor, cute bunnies throughout. The location was an easy walk to town. Appliances were new. Beds comfortable. A great place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone. And the owner was responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect house for our group

We stayed at the house while attending the Chris Cox Horsemanship clinic. It was a 15 minute drive from Mineral Wells to Chris’s ranch. The house was very clean, stocked with snacks, water, and basic cooking supplies. Check-in was easy and communicating with the owner was excellent. There were six women in our group and we all had a separate place to sleep. There were four beds and a couch and futon. The location was a bit noisy but it did not impact our sleep. Highly recommend.

Our niece’s wedding weekend

We (Husband, Daughter, son in Law, Son and 2 Grand Girls, stayed in this lovely home a long weekend to attend the wedding of our Niece Jessica. The home is beautiful. I especially love the historic parts of the home that were left for us to see. Our Grand Girls, ages 4 and 7 really enjoyed the foos ball and the Ms. Pac-Man games. Great location for going to local eateries too. Love the huge front porch for people and car watching. Thank you Leonardo and family for offering up your lovely home to visitors to Mineral Wells. We recommend Coffee and Cocktails and Happy Days Diner.

Great Stay

Great location and beautiful, comfortable home. Parking was a little tight with our 3 vehicles, but everything else was wonderful. I will book again if it is open next year during our family reunion
