Location
This luxury rental is located in the heart of Milwaukee and is ideally, steps away from the most popular restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Centrally located, this Airbnb is a short walk to Water St, Brady St, and Old World 3rd St, three of the most popular locations for both daytime shopping and activities as well as nightlife and dining. Close to Summerfest, Lake Michigan beaches, Breweries, North Avenue, Downtown, the Milwaukee Public Market, the Fiserv Forum and Deer District, grocery stores, hospitals and the river walk nothing is out of reach for your time in Milwaukee. Located directly across the street from one of the best Wing Spots in Milwaukee, Points East Pub, you only need to walk mere blocks to find yourself at one of two nearby breweries (Eagle Park and Lakefront Brewery) or outside of where Fiserv Forum, home to the 2021 World Champion Milwaukee Bucks. Enjoy access to free street parking on this street nestled in the center of the city.

The Space
Regardless of if you’ve returned for the day or simply stayed, you’ll be welcomed by a newly remodeled interior equipped with free Wi-Fi, in unit tower washer/dryer, spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances (including a range boasting a built in air-fryer setting), two bedrooms and two full bathrooms including walk-in showers. No need to fear the Midwestern elements as this space comes fully situated with central heating and cooling, a multitude of card games provided, and 70” and 50” inch Smart TVs loaded with your favorite apps (free to enjoy with your own login) guaranteed to make the time fly by.

Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, cutting boards, toaster, microwave and a coffee pot. Enjoy cooking a fabulous meal with the brand new stainless steel appliance package and ample preparation space or sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the exposed original Milwaukee brick chimney. There is ample seating for 9 which includes a 6 person dining table and 3 bar stools located at the beautiful white quartz island.

Living Rooms:
Enjoy the front living room and sit around with your friends playing cards or watching the game on the 55 inch Smart TV. This beautiful gray sofa also unfolds to reveal a full sized mattress within when it’s time to go to bed. Handle any laundry you need done at the tower washer dryer located by the front entrance with detergent, an iron and ironing board conveniently stowed together. In the split secondary living / dining room, settle in on the large brown leather sectional and enjoy a movie or show on the massive 70 inch Smart TV provided.

Guest access
You will have the entire 1st floor unit to yourself beginning at 3pm. The entrance is through the front door which can be entered with keyless contactless entry. You will receive a code the day before arrival. We reside within 10 minutes of the property and will be available to help with any issues between 10am and 6pm. We do not have a 24 hour service, but we do our best to help with any accommodations for your entire stay. Please do not attempt to access the other rental units or the basement but feel free to enjoy the front patio and back yard as you see fit.

As a Milwaukee local for the last 8 years if you have any questions regarding dining or things to do or see in Milwaukee please feel free to utilize me as a resource to enhance your stay.

Other things to note
There are ring security cameras as well as motion activated lights located on the exterior of the property to help ensure you have a safe stay. There are additional rental units at this property that include a mix of long term renters and other short term visitors, please keep this in mind and be respectful in regards to noise levels to those around you. Feel free to hangout on the front patio or in the backyard but please do not attempt to access the other tenants units without their express permission or invitation. Additional rules and regulations for the patio and quiet hours will be provided upon arrival.
