Lake Tahoe Beach Front condo with incredible views and beach access. This condo features a full bedroom, a loft bedroom and 2 baths.
Centrally located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, walk down the stairs and you are on the beach at Lake Tahoe. During ski season it is a short drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, 7 minutes to the California Lodge or to the Heavenly Village Gondola (depending on traffic).
You can walk to several local favorite dining spots, or CVS is close if you forgot an essential item.

This upstairs unit features a cozy living room with fireplace (we supply a few presto logs for you) fantastic lake views, a full efficient kitchen and 2 sleeping areas and 2 baths. There is a flat screen TV on the wall.
On the entry level there is a private bedroom with queen bed, full bath with tub/shower combination, with TV.
Upstairs in the open loft there is a double bed, a twin bed and flat screen tv on the wall. There is a full bathroom with shower stall on this level. In addition there is a bonus room set up with a kids table for playing games or a space to store your luggage.
The 3 TVs have ROKU Sticks (Smart TVs) loaded with the Spectrum App.
Upgrades have been completed: TVs all set up with ROKU, hot water heater upgraded.
New sheets for all the beds.
There is a storage closet that gives you space to store your skis or board in the winter, or can hold your beach gear in the summer.

On the beach, easy to get places

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is as described and pictured. As you can see, it’s a little narrow however we knew that going in and chose this condo because of the fabulous view of the beach, lake, and mountains. Our family of 4 was there during the first big snowstorm of the year and the beach and mountains were blanketed in a gorgeous white snow the entire time. Even though we had a car, we were able to walk to a great breakfast place as well as the grocery store and a cvs. We had the car at Heavenly one day skiing and our daughters easily figured out the shuttle system and were able to get around town and return as the stop is right next to the condo. The fireplace doesn’t really say which side is open on the flue, but we guessed correctly it’s on the RIGHT. Adequate pots, pans, utensils etc. from what I remember although we ate out usually.Michelle was awesome and gave us tips as we were arriving on Christmas Day and a little worried about what would be open.

Property needs updating

The property is very tired looking inside. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced. I got no sleep all 3 nights and my back was in spasm. The bidet toilet seats while nice because of the heated seat are very difficult to use because they are so small! It's a great location.

The condo is clean and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is nice. We loved being right on the beach. The location is central and close to everything you need. Lake Tahoe doesn’t have a lot of lakefront options so this is a definite gem. We can’t say enough good things about this special place. Its’s amazing! We would love to rent this every summer!

Lovely getaway

The view was amazing. Location was great. We walked to store, restaurants and along the path for exercise. Kitchen and living area is a little small for my family of 4 to hang out in but we were out and about a lot of the time or out on the balcony looking at the beautiful lake.

Amazing view and location

Great stay, would definitely return and highly recommend. The unit is literally 10 ft from the water. There is a CVS and a breakfast house within a 2 minute walk. Only complaint is size of the water heater. You'll lose hot water if 2 showers are going at the same time after 10 minutes,so short showers are a must.

It’s all about the view

Now that I’ve stayed on the lake, I never want to stay anywhere else in Tahoe. The view was beautiful and it was wonderful to get to walk out onto the beach. The bidets and heated toilet seats were a nice surprise. However, there were two issues we had with the property: 1-the bed had dirty sheets. The bed was made but when we got in, it clearly had sand/dirt/grit. We spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if there were bedbugs, but decided the sheets were just dirty. There were clean (appearing) sheets in the closet, so we changed them. 2- when we arrived, the condo was 55 degrees inside. We turned on the bedroom heater, living room heater, and space heater, but it was several hours before the temperature made it to 68. There was a wood burning stove, but no wood. We went out and bought some which we used overnight. Even with the wood burning stove and heaters going, it was a challenge to keep the condo warm enough. We didn’t want to burn wood while we were out and about during the day, and the temp was often in the mid sixties with just the heaters. It was in the 30s outside during our trip, and I wish we would have just been able to come home to a warm comfortable condo without constantly having to futz with the stove. I also spent about an hour cleaning the glass on the stove so that we could easily see the fire with the door closed.

Great location and beautiful view!

A perfect central location for activities in the South Lake Tahoe area. Easy to get to, yet tucked away enough to be quiet. Lake front view while making dinner in the kitchen and stay in the loft room to get the morning view of the lake. Walking distance from most everything. First time in Tahoe for my wife and I and I feel we picked a winner of a location to take it all in!

Great location and a pretty quiet complex. Continually wonderful view of the lake with daily variation in the waves and their sounds. Accurate pictures. Kitchen small, but adequate. Second bedroom is an open loft, but has its own bathroom upstairs. Some issues outside the control of the owners are: the building is old (but clean); your group can only access one parking space per the city, and traffic is heavy later in the day. The area is expensive.

THE LAKE!!!!

We are a group of friends, who all worked and lived in Lake Tahoe at some point in our lives. We walked into our condo, and all we could see was the lake! It looked like home, it felt like home, we all decided that we want to come back! Excellent, clean,private beach, price and location can’t be beat!!

On the lake

First impression was great! Open the door and greeted with nothing but the lake. Really nice place, was perfect for the 3 of us. On the beach just steps from the sand. Everything worked great, nice and clean. Great vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Winter and the condo was at 50ish when we arrived. The heater kept cycling in defrost mode and was not heating well. There were TVs, but no service of any kind for watching them. Dirty under couch and other furniture. There was a blood stain on the sheet. For the price I wouldn't say it was worth it.

Great location and views

We stayed to celebrate New Years here, the views of the lake are amazing! The home is clean, so what outdated, but has all kitchen supplies. Only issues we had were the hot water went out and I had to constantly bother the property manager to get it fixed. We went almost three days without hot water and that was a big inconvenience with not being able to bathe my little ones. Having to constantly bother the property manager to get it fixed felt like they didn’t care. Another issue we had was they had Spectrum come up while we were relaxing in the room, to work on cable - they were set to come twice to work, but I asked them to cancel the second visit until we left. Not sure why this needed to be done when we were occupying the rental. My family and I travel very often and have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and unfortunately this one just wasn’t a good fit for us.
