The space
Comfortable living room with 50"Smart TV that has the ideal apps for you to enjoy your content.
The dining room, dishes and cutlery for up to 8 people will make your meals in the apartment a pleasant experience. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a separate full bathroom each. And the third bedroom has a full bathroom outside that can be used as visitors.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and use of all common areas of the development. You don't want to go out at all! Availability of some common areas varies seasonally, please ask me before booking.
The beach and restaurant are 600 metres from the apartment. Internal transport can get you closer and closer.

Early check-in: $800 subject to availability to be confirmed 24 hours in advance
Late check-out: $800 subject to availability to be confirmed 24 hours before
Maximum capacity of 6 adults (5 years and older) and up to two children under 5 ($500 extra per night each) for a total of 8 people.
Price per night includes 5% for air conditioning use. Any surplus will be the responsibility of the guests who must recharge at the reception of the tower. Right there they can give you the balance of light every day. What we are looking for is to avoid waste of light that can be avoided by turning off the air conditioning equipment when not occupying the apartment.
