The property is beautiful and the outdoor setting is gorgeous. The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The property manager responded to my messages quickly.

This house was perfect for our family group to stay while attending our nieces wedding at Sweet Cheeks winery. The location is close to shops and restaurants and an easy drive to the wineries. The host was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property. Only comments: Odd that there is no door for the upstairs bathroom. Also you need to replenish TP. And replace burned out lightbulbs.

Hillside Eugene Home

Excellent house for a family get together for Thanksgiving and enjoy a Ducks game. Kitchen very well stocked with nice appliances and cook wear. Nice bowls and serving platters for Thanksgiving dinner. Appreciated the propane grill. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Large living room. Nice porch with view overlooking Eugene. Short drive to downtown and campus. Host was very responsive.

The large kitchen island and table made preparing and eating together wonderful. We all had rooms that allowed us space and the large front room was a great place to all hang out.

Exceptional

My two college buddies and I rented this VRBO for a football game at Autzen. The house was completely updated, clean, and well stocked. The manager even had a fresh bag of ice for us to use in the freezer. The front deck overlooks the town and offers a wonderful view. We enjoyed the back patio and fire pit table one evening and felt like we were the only people in town because the yard is bordered by mature trees and shrubs giving you a great deal of privacy. It only took us about 20 minutes to arrive at our parking spot on game day. Driving back to the home after the game was a breeze. Overall we would rent this VRBO again without hesitation. Well done!

Excellent choice for Eugene

Property was as described, clean, with good appliances, updated fixtures, excellent A/C and broadband. Quiet, but super easy to get to stores, restaurants, U of O, nearby running trails (Amazon Park), etc. Be careful at nearby intersections, as some oncoming traffic does not have to stop or yield, without signage indicating as much. Easy checkout, not too early.

Beautifully remodeled home

The house was clean and recently remodeled with an open floor plan – all the rooms are and feel spacious. The kitchen is large and was well stocked with top end appliances and basic pantry items. The front of the house has a nice deck with an elevated view that was visible from the large windows in the kitchen and floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The living room, where the single TV (streaming capable) was located, had a fireplace and was comfortably furnished. The back patio had a top end grill and was comfortable and private. The master bed wasn’t very comfortable for our taste (soft and sagging), but the bed in one lower level bedroom was comfortable (we didn’t use the third bedroom, although on testing the mattress seemed soft). The internet was strong and streaming capable throughout our stay. Individual heating/AC units in each room allow for fine tuning temperatures (although no details were provided about the slightly complicated operation of this system). Soaps were provided, but not tissues or wash rags. Communication from the host was mixed (no name given). We notified the host about two minor maintenance issues that weren’t critical – one received a timely response, the other received no response. Despite some issues, we would stay here again.

Close to city, but felt secluded ❤️

I booked this property for a quick weekend with my husband and three kiddos. It was the perfect fit for us! My husband and I took the upstairs for our private master and large bathroom, while the kiddos were happily downstairs in their own sleeping space. It has an open floor plan that keeps us all in the same communal space, which was nice. Kitchen well stocked and even the knives were sharp (which never happens when renting). Leaving the home was easy with very little to do and a later check out. The day we left felt more relaxed and another vacation day, rather than a panicked and hurried final day. That was appreciated!

Amazing Eugene Home!!!

Beautiful Eugene home that is very clean, cozy, and perfect for our trip. Plenty of space, amazing kitchen, and gorgeous backyard and front sitting area. I will happily visit again. Florentina is an amazing host!

Beautiful in the fall

Comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and property owner was helpful in locating the extra towels. We enjoyed relaxing surrounded by the fall colors. We would definitely stay again :)!
