I don't think the owner would want to stay at his property
This rental needs serious repairs.
The keypad on the front door didn't work I called the number provided. I was told some keys were in a lockbox at the rear door and I was able to gain access.
The outside trash can and recycle cans were already full at check-in which should have been emptied prior to my arrival the owner said the trash is emptied on Tuesdays i arrived Friday.
First impressions are important the mud room had a bag of trash in the corner and junk mail all over the bench.
The (3) ceiling fans in the bedrooms had dust on the blades
The attic bedroom was extremely hot no vents for air or heat. The wall outlet covers need to be put on correctly.
May 20, 2023 the review said tub drained slowly and toilet was wobbly it was in the same condition when I rented August 4-8
The tub leaked into the kitchen you can tell patched that area previously
The kitchen and bathroom windows and the door to basement need curtains you can see from the outside into the house.
The bedroom upstairs needs curtains on the door that goes out to the small room and it needs curtains to that window as well.
There is only 1 TV located in the living room.
To get to the room in the attic you have to go through one of the bedrooms.
The flooring in the hall upstairs creeks badly.
I suggest putting a bed in the room with the egg chair on the 1st floor and taking bed out of that hot box attic.
I WULD NOT Recommend this rental until the repairs can be confirmed.
