The Space:

Located just 7 minutes from the iconic Fort Lauderdale Beaches, this chic home has a bright design and a gorgeous spacious terrace with a heated pool. Grab a lounger by the water, or relax in the shade on the covered portion of the patio. A BBQ/grill and outdoor table make al fresco lunches under the sun a breeze, while the spacious kitchen inside is easy to keep stocked with convenient grocery shopping just a few minutes away. You'll be able to spread out between four bedrooms, a cozy living area, and a contemporary indoor dining space. Olas Villa invites you to immerse yourself in the sun-kissed lifestyle of Florida. Explore the chic and lively Las Olas Boulevard, a quick 3 minutes drive away, offering an array of boutique shops, art galleries, and fine dining.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Quaint Victoria Park is an upscale residential area reminiscent of Old Florida, with luxury estates and traditional 1930s “cracker” houses. Holiday Park has jogging trails, tennis courts, and playing fields, while Victoria Park draws water sports enthusiasts for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. The gay-friendly area is home to the Stonewall National Museum & Archives, documenting a century of LGBT history.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.



Pool heating is provided complimentary during your stay.



Please note that, due to the local iguana population, there may occasionally be droppings in the common areas after your arrival. While our team thoroughly cleans and maintains the property, these wildlife are a protected species and their presence is beyond our control.



Parking Details: Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
