Please note that, due to the local iguana population, there may occasionally be droppings in the common areas after your arrival. While our team thoroughly cleans and maintains the property, these wildlife are a protected species and their presence is beyond our control.

The Neighborhood:

Quaint Victoria Park is an upscale residential area reminiscent of Old Florida, with luxury estates and traditional 1930s “cracker” houses. Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
