Enjoy our remodeled 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom spacious duplex in the heart of Astoria, only 15 min away from Manhattan. Steps away from the beautiful Astoria Park with great views of the RFK bridge. Safe for walks, picnics, and other activities.
The unit is in the first floor with a large basement as the living room. It’s also in a central location, with easy access to all the surrounding boroughs.
Astoria has tons to offer in food and entertainment.

The space
The first floor:
3 bedrooms - full sized beds in each with the largest room having an en suite bathroom
Kitchen: All brand new appliances! Microwave, coffee maker, coffee, tea, tea kettle and full sets of cooking utensils, glassware, dish set, knife set, chopping board and cooking oil
Dining area: A modern style dining set with a seating for four, feel free to utilize the extra bench by the entry way or, the bedside tables also double as stools for extra seating!
Bathrooms: Walk in shower fully stocked
Basement and living room: 55” Smart TV with a nice big couch and two extra seatings. A 1/2 bath is also available

I have been living in Astoria for the past 5 years and my girlfriend has been in NYC for a whopping 20 years. If you need recommendations on what to do or where to go, we’re more than happy to provide some!
