The home is designed with three stylish bedrooms, and a loft that comfortably situates two twin mattresses and a smart TV and is perfect for children’s nook!

Guest access
To check in, you must get a gate pass at the Welcome Center. The office will require an ID and car registration from the driver at check in.

Amenities include community pools (open Memorial Day- Labor Day) weather permitting , tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds and beach access to Lake Carobeth and Dresser Lake.

To get access to the pools, amenity passes must be purchased at the Welcome Center. Pools are normally closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. All other amenities are free to access. Guests under the age of 13 must be supervised by someone 18 years or older.

Daily passes: Age 3-17yrs $3.25 | Age 18+ $5.25 per day.
