Stay in a Private Guesthouse in the Heart of Downtown Surf City! Custom Designed in 2022. Conveniently located to walk to the Beach, Pier, Starbucks, Surf Shops, Dining and More. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Washer and Dryer in Unit. All Appliance are full sized, includes a Microwave Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker, and an Electric Kettle. Unit has 2 Smart Televisions. Outdoor shower and an area to store your surfboards. Beach chairs and towels available Great Unit for 2 Guests!
The Guesthouse is located over a detached garage. Completed Construction in the Fall of 2022. The Space was carefully thought out with custom cabinets and designer touches. The Kitchen and Living area is an open concept. You can view the Television from both areas. The Kitchen has a Full size Refrigerator with Icemaker, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Electric Kettle, and Keurig Coffee Maker. The Kitchen is equipped for your cooking and baking needs. The Bedroom is separated by a pocket door from the living area. It is equipped with a Queen Bed , 2 night stands, a Smart Television, and a slight Ocean View from the window. From the Bedroom you enter in the Bathroom with a Custom Designed Walk In Shower and a Full Capacity Stackable Washer and Dryer.
Located within walking distance of Main Street that has Coffee Shops, Dining, Bars, Shops, and More. Just a few Blocks to the Beach and Pier.
