Charming cottage for a quiet getaway. Well suited for a couples retreat or a small family. Kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking. Overlooks all sports Peach Lake. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, close to public launch. A quick drive to quaint downtown West Branch, great restaurants, a brewery and shops. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and just relax.

We had a wonderful stay and Martha is a great host! I absolutely fell in love with how the cottage was decorated. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the west branch area.

Stayed over 4th of July for a few day's, spent most of the time enjoying the beach and fishing with my son's. Martha was an excellent host ! Cabin was cozy with great views

Amazing!

Absolutely love this place. From the friendly hosts, to the gorgeous views, down to the wonderful beach spot. The house is beautiful. I loved every bit of our stay and definitely will again!

Great little spot for us to be just the two of us for our wedding night. Thank you for letting us get our stuff in there the day before so we didn't have as much to move in when we got there from the reception.

Lovely Lake Getaway

This cottage is perfect. Very creative, comfortable, bohemian decoration throughout; well furnished; fabulous views; great location; nice beach and kayaks for use; close to small town; very helpful and communicative host. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. If you want a comfortable, fun lake getaway, you couldn't ask for a better place. Thanks, Martha!

Quaint & cozy w/amazing view!

This little cottage is decorated so cute & cozy, the view of the lake at sunset is amazing, everything you need for a comfortable stay, inc kayaks & a fire pit….We came for a golf weekend…Dreams nearby & west branch country club is even closer We will definitely return for a longer weekend next year!

Country cottage charm

The inside was very light and open with the ceiling and rafters, but full of eclectic charm. The covered deck gave an awesome place to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and the sunset every night. All the rooms were very comfortable and cozy and loaded with lots of charm. There were kayaks to use and chairs down at the beach and the Sandy bottom of the lake was very nice . The kitchen had everything you need. I will definitely return to this cozy cottage.

Wonderful Stay

The cottage was quaint, unique, comfortable, and fun. It had everything we needed. The host was fantastic. Very friendly and sincere. She let us know of events in the area during our stay. This was a very pleasant experience

Charming lake house

This is a charming little lake house. It definitely has its quirks but is full of charm. We loved staying there. Our group was small, my wife and I as well as our 12 year old daughter and it fit us great. Convenient access to the lake with kayaks and a paddle board provided. Also an easy drive to town make this the perfect place for a small group to stay.

Lake front charm

Can't beat the location right on the lake. Nice little beach and stairs to the gated porch. It is super cute with a boho/vintage vibe. The only negative is how close the neighbors are; one neighbor was up having a large party past 2am and the other neighbor started digging/using heavy excavator machinery at 7am so not much time for sleeping.

Wonderful summer vacation

We stayed for a week and had daughter and son in law part of week. Stayed cool at night for sleep even when day temp was in 80’s. Had everything we needed for swimming, fire at night, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Cottage was very quaint and Martha was very easy to get a hold of and she follows up on anything you ask of her. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends . We had a very relaxed vacation!

Girls night

My dog Izzy and I only stayed for one night but I will absolutely stay again for longer next time! The cabin is very clean and very cute with many personal touches! The property and neighbor hood was well kept and quiet and we spent a great deal of time on the back porch over looking the lake.

Quaint and Comfy

We were there to golf so we didn't get much time to enjoy but it was very comfortable (maybe a bigger bed would be nice but none the less comfy) and had everything we needed including a beautiful view of the lake!

Pulling in the driveway was a little disapointment as it needed alot of work and I was a little worried about what the inside would look like. I was shocked to see all of the older furnitur is not what I expected.My husband found alot of cob webs inside. I sayed up one night killing all of crickets inside as they make alot of noises.the yard was a total mess.I did enjoy the old furniture .

Great girls weekend

This was a great location to have a quiet girls getaway for me and my best friend. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are open above the doors so there isn’t much privacy but it didn’t matter to us at all. The lake is lovely and we were able to take the kayaks out as well as sit and enjoy the small beach. Thank you for the hospitality!

Too short of a stay

This is a very quaint, cheerful cottage that I wish I could have stayed longer in. It has a nice little sandy beach area where kids could play or launch a kayak/SUP. Sadly, it rained the entire day of our full day there, so we spent most of that day reading inside, which was cozy but disappointing from a watersports perspective. Martha the host is delightful and we appreciated her hospitality. Also, our little dog was with us and she had a great time too. Nice area, nice people everywhere we went.
