Designed with indoor/outdoor living - and the view - in mind, Corbeaux Ridge is laidback, yet indulgent.

KITCHEN & DINING
Fully equipped kitchen with modern GE Café appliances and everything you need to cook a fantastic meal. Coffee bar with combo Keurig + drip coffee, Chemex pour over system, Fellow electric kettle, french press, and stovetop espresso maker. Dining for 8 around our large, custom island. Or take your meal out to the deck to dine al fresco, under the stars.

LIVING AREAS
Open concept upper floor where all guests can gather and relax. In the LIVING ROOM, enjoy a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace (just press a button to turn on!), or marvel at the view with your morning coffee (have we mentioned the great view?!). There’s even a desk nook to take care of business.

The downstairs ENTERTAINMENT LOUNGE is equipped with Golden Tee & Street Fighter arcade machines, shuffle board table and game table for countless hours of fun. Serve up your favorite drinks at the wet bar with beverage fridge and ice machine. Watch the big game on the 75” TV. Enjoy indoor-outdoor living through the sliders with a gas fireplace, multiple seating areas, and a brand new 6 seater hot tub.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
With four king bedrooms, there is no wrong choice! All bedrooms include: a VIEW, crisp cotton sheets, comfortable mattresses and pillows with a variety of firmness levels to suit all guests, closets with built in drawers so you can settle in and wifi enabled TVs mounted in each bedroom. *Note that the upstairs bedrooms do not have window coverings on the uppermost windows. If you are sensitive to light in the morning, we recommend you choose a downstairs bedroom or travel with an eye mask.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: King bed, sliding glass doors with access to upper deck and fireplace seating area. Large en suite bathroom with double vanity and wet room including a beautiful soaker tub.

UPSTAIRS GUEST: King bed, sliding glass doors with access to upper deck and seating area. En suite bathroom with zellige tiled walk in shower.

DOWNSTAIRS GUEST: King bed, desk, sliding glass doors with access to lower deck and fireplace seating area. Direct access to the shared downstairs bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo.

KING BUNK ROOM: This is not your average bunkroom! King bed under double twin bunk bed. Large closet. Shared bathroom with downstairs guest room. The toe-to-toe twin bunk over the kind bed was designed with kids in mind, but is fun for all ages. Perfect as a kids’ or family room, or ignore the bunk altogether.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The covered UPPER DECK includes a dining area with seating for 10 and a gas grill, multiple lounge/seating areas and a gas fireplace with remote starter. Bring the telescope outside to gaze at the stars - the soaring rooftop means completely unobstructed views.

Make your way to the LOWER DECK to take a relaxing soak in the 6 person hot tub with lounger, relax in the adirondacks, cuddle up by the fire, or try your hand at a game of darts or tiki toss.

You may wonder, with all the easy to use fireplaces, why would we have a FIRE PIT, too? We created a magical fire pit area nestled in the woods and surrounded by twinkling bistro lights because sometimes you just cannot beat the smell of s’mores roasting over a real wood fire. We provide the extendable skewers and chic seating - you provide the firewood.


NOTES
We do not supply cable TV – all EIGHT TVs are wifi enabled smart TVs with the ability to stream your favorite apps & shows. Please bring your own USER NAME & PASSWORDS. In other words, you log into your own accounts to watch TV.

We are equipped with high-speed fiber internet which you are free to connect to with any of your devices.

ITEMS WE PROVIDE
Initial supply of: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar and creamer - to get you through the first day if you haven't stopped at the store yet!
-kitchen towels, pot holders and trivets
-salt and pepper, cooking spray
-shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap and surface cleaner – by our favorite, Public Goods

Please consider bringing: firewood (for the fire pit), cooking oils and spices, specialty coffee/tea/creamers/sweeteners (Keurig and drip coffee, Chemex, stovetop espresso, electric tea kettle available), extra trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper/etc. to ensure a comfortable stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole cabin and property except for the locked owners' closet.
Other things to note
Additional details and rules:
-All TVs are Wifi enabled - bring your Netflix & Hulu logins!
-No outside music or loud noise after 10 pm, please be respectful to our kind, full time resident neighbors
-House is on septic, only flush toilet paper and natural waste
-No smoking (of ANY kind) inside or on decks, you will forfeit $500 of your deposit to cover the additional cleaning fee
-Ensure that grill's propane tank is only on while in use. When you are finished cooking, please turn it off.
-You will see bugs - leaving the windows and doors closed will help with this. You may see bears, snakes, and other wild animals outside. Wild animals can be dangerous.
