Located in close proximity to downtown restaurants, shops, and just a short drive away from Three Rivers, Kaweah Lake, and several wedding venues, this authentic Tulare home offers two bedrooms, one bath, a dedicated workspace, abundant charm, a Smart TV, and WiFi to enhance your stay.
- 35 minutes to the Surf Ranch in Lemoore!
-1 hour to Sequoia National Park
-1 hour 25 minutes to Kings Canyon
-2 hours to Yosemite National Park
Located near the heart of Tulare this affordable home is very close to the International Ag Show (the Agri-Center and Heritage Complex), Tulare hospital, and nightlife in all surrounding cities, Visalia’s downtown Main Street in particular. Close to Sequoia National Park, this hidden gem is a popular destination for day-trippers, a safe and comfortable home base with a bathtub for after long hikes!
The home has not been recently renovated and has older finishes and furnishings.
House Rules
1. Check In
Check in instructions will be sent out 48 hours prior to check in. We currently cannot accommodate early check ins. Please respect check in and check out times. Late checkouts will incur a $50/30 minutes. Please check out on time!
2. Ensure that all guests are included in the reservation, and kindly adhere to the maximum occupancy limit by refraining from exceeding the allowed number of overnight guests. Please note that a guest fee of $20 per person per night will be automatically applied to your reservation request for any additional guests beyond the initial two.
3. No Parties or Smoking Allowed
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, and it is illegal to tamper with or remove smoke detectors. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of properly. It is crucial to note that the property is located in a high fire risk area, and therefore, utmost caution must be exercised. Furthermore, this property strictly prohibits parties or large, noisy gatherings. Engaging in activities such as playing loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, and similar behaviors will result in a party fine of $1,000. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 7am.
4. Kindly tidy up after yourself when utilizing the outdoor spaces to prevent attracting animals, please ensure that no food or trash is left unattended on the grill or in the outdoor area. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the surroundings clean and safe. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment. Thank you!
