The Outer Banks wants you to be Here & Now! This beautiful semi-oceanfront retreat has all you need to make those amazing OBX memories. Spend your vacation days relaxing in the outdoor entertainment area which includes a private pool and hot tub. The great room offers a large seating area where everyone can enjoy some favorite movies, sports, or those must-see TV shows and on those chilly days you can even take in the warmth from the electric fireplace. The dining area seats eight comfortably with additional seating for four on the kitchen island. The kitchen is well designed and the chef in your group will find everything they need to prepare some great meals for everyone. The top-level den will be a great second living area for those who may want a place to read or watch a different show or play some board games. Retreat to your own privacy in the evenings with a king en suite on the top level with its own private deck with ocean views and on the mid-level a queen en suite and two additional rooms with a king and queen bed.

A community beach access is just steps away so you can have your toes in the sand moments after you walk out your front door. Shelling, strolling the beach, surfing, swimming, or simply enjoying a book under the umbrella is what you are here for at Here & Now. An enclosed outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a fun day at the beach.

Exploring the OBX: Here & Now is located just a few miles from Kitty Hawk where you can find several grocery stores and restaurants or head North to the quaint town of Duck for some great shops, restaurants and outdoor activities. The Outer Banks has so much to see and experience make sure you mark off those favorite spots to visit and come back year after year to Here & Now.

Beach Access: Head out of the driveway and head east; wooden walkway beach access is at the end of 3rd Avenue.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. *Main Entry/Smartlock is located on the single door by the garage doors* Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
