Enjoy over 8,000 square feet of space all to yourselves, inside and outside, super comfortable 3 level villa. It’s ideal for big groups but as well super comfortable for small groups, as the villa gives you the chance to connect and be all together. The living area seamlessly flows into the dining area and onto the kitchen, with easy access to stunning outside spaces, so whether you’re preparing food, eating it or relaxing afterwards, you can do so as one happy and relaxed group.

THE LIVING AREA, KITCHEN & DINING AREA
If you’re planning on preparing meals for yourselves, the kitchen features all the appliances and space you’ll need, but why not get your hosts to arrange for a private chef to come in and do the food for you, while you all sit and wait at the large dining table or relax in the living area, watching the 75-inch TV?

The VIP treatment starts before you arrive, as when you book Casa Vida Team will send you detailed information about the villa, how to get here and all the luxurious services you can book. We also help you building your itinerary for your stay, booking all the places you want to see and restaurants and bars you want to visit. When you arrive, one of the team will show you around this impressive property and tell you about some of the things you can do in Tulum and the surrounding areas.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Head up to the rooftop and you’ll find one of the villa’s true highlights — an open-air lounge with an infinity pool, spacious cabanas, beanbags, and sun loungers. It’s the perfect spot to swim, relax, and soak up the sun. The rooftop bar is ideal for afternoon cocktails or evening drinks under the stars. Don’t miss the uninterrupted views of Tulum’s stunning sunrises and sunsets — the ultimate backdrop for your daily group photo. Plus, three separate balconies offer even more outdoor space to unwind and take in the view.

6 BEDROOMS
You’re in for a real treat as all 6 bedrooms are beautifully presented and amazingly comfortable. 3 are Master kingsize rooms, the other 3 double queens, each with a private bathroom each. All beds feature bedding of the highest quality. Bedrooms have access to private balconies too, so you can wake up every morning and step out into the great outdoors. What a way to start the day!

The new room at the rear of the luxury villa is an elegant and modern space that blends comfort with sophistication. Large windows allow natural light to flood the room, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere with private views of the garden. It has an en-suite bathroom features a spacious shower with connection to back patio

7 BATHROOMS
You won’t be left waiting for long when you’re all preparing to go out for the day or evening, with no less than 7 bathrooms dotted around the 3 floors of the villa. Our luxury showers will be the place for you to freshen up, enojy and relax. Soft towels will be provided for all guests to use, along with toiletries.

PARKING
There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles at the villa. If you need more space, please park on the street without blocking other properties or driveways of course!

REMOTE WORKING
Fast wifi is available across the villa for anyone who has work to do and/or wants to keep in touch with friends and family back home.

TELEVISIONS
If you’ve time to watch the TV during your stay, the main set in the lounge measures in at an impressive 75 inches. There are 5 other sets in some of the bedrooms, each with 65-inch screens, so you can watch movies or streaming services in real style.

SECURITY
The villa is located in one of the most popular and safe area, but just to make you feel extra snug at night, a security guard will be on duty to ensure you can all sleep soundly ready for whatever you’ve got planned tomorrow!
