Unwind after a long day exploring all that Bend has to offer at this comfortable newer single family home with 3 king beds that will be the perfect base camp for all of your Bend adventures. Come experience a 5-star vacation getaway that is one mile to downtown and conveniently located with easy access to outdoor recreation, shopping, restaurants and breweries. We are proud of over 200 straight 5-star reviews of our properties and look forward to hosting you in this Awbrey Butte neighborhood.
The space
The first floor includes open concept living area with kitchen, counter, dining and living areas. The living room includes a TV, fireplace, two couches and two chairs for relaxing after a long day exploring Bend.
The dining room includes a dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all common cooking spices, cooking and baking equipment and a dedicated coffee bar featuring Bend's favorite coffee roasters.
The front porch is the perfect place to soak up the afternoon sun with a cocktail or local beer while watching the sun set.
Three bedrooms on the second floor each have a king bed with memory foam mattress and luxury hotel-quality linens.
Bedroom 1 (master): Large master bedroom with king bed includes en suite bathroom with shower and spacious walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: King bed with closet.
Bedroom 3: King bed with walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 + 3 share a bathroom with bath and shower right outside their doors.
4th room office / den has glass French doors that open into a room with an office desk and chair for remote working as well as a bonus twin bed.
Washer and dryer is conveniently located on the second floor for easy access and is stocked with laundry detergent and cleaning supplies.
Garage parking for two vehicles as well as driveway parking for two additional vehicles.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property using individual keycode.

This property is located in the residential Awbrey Butte neighborhood. All guests are expected to follow Bend's good neighbor guidelines. This property is not appropriate for large parties.

Our neighborhood is quiet yet 1 mile from downtown so it’s easy to walk or bike everywhere. Conveniently located near lots of beautiful hiking trails, you can get anywhere in town quickly and efficiently.

You won’t get a rental house experience because we don’t cut corners to save money. From the Restoration Hardware designer furniture to the hotel quality linens to some of the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep on, we want to make sure you are as comfortable in this house as your own and not feel like you are in a cheap rental with cheap finishes.
