Comfortable stay

The condo was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I was glad it was away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to all the things we wanted to do. I did a 4 star on cleanliness because they must have missed cleaning the floor in the one bedroom because it had spills and dirtiness and the floor was sticky. But the rest of the condo was nice and clean. It was very well equipped. Good communication with the owner and very easy to get there and get in. End unit so no noisy neighbors or people waking outside the door. Plenty of space for us to all spread out and be comfortable.

Very pleased with everything. We will definitely stay again is it's available. We could not get the living room TV to work. Probably batteries in the remotes. It was no big deal but you might want to check it for the next occupant.

Great unit

We have stayed in this unit before and ot was as nice or better than last time. Only one minor issue, and that was the handle for the dryer was broken off but other than that, no complaints.

Went to Branson July 26-28 with my children and grandchildren for a mini vacation. Let me tell you when we walked into the condo we were in awe! . It was large, open concept, clean and had every amenity you could imagine even a fireplace and washer/dryer. it was more then what i expected. I highly recommend this place. Also the pool was very clean, my grandchildren just loved it. Thanks for making our stay amazing.

Great location

It was very easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The kitchen had all that we needed. The pool was easy to get to. We were unable to get a connection for the front TV. The bedroom TVs worked great

Weekend spring break trip

We loved it! Clean, great location, close to everything, good parking. The only thing is there is no ice maker or ice trays to make ice. So just be prepared for that. We made ice in a cookie sheet and broke it up and stored in a plastic bowl. But it’s a great place and we would book it again!

Hot

Problem with lock code at first but that was fixed quickly. Condo was well described and close to everything. Perfect for our family vacation of 6. Washer and dryer was small, so we washed towels daily. Dryer wasn’t drying, but once the lint filter was cleaned out it worked like a charm. I got hot at night, but I tend to be hot natured.

Not Good

Upon arrival, the code that was sent to me didn’t work. Had to look up contact info and let them know the code didn’t work, a working code was sent. We immediately noticed the master bathroom was dirty. My husband lifted the lid to use the toilet and it was filthy. There was also hair all over the bathroom floor. I took pictures and sent to contact number. I didn’t get a response until I sent a second message. The bottom of my four year old granddaughter’s feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. This was after she had been given a bath. We had to clean her feet before she could go to bed. The worst and scariest part of the experience was when my almost two year old grandson went into the bedroom he stayed in with his parents and sister, and locked the deadbolt on their door while we were in the living area. The keypad on the outside door into their room is non-functioning. Our toddler could not get the deadbolt unlocked despite his mother talking to him through the door telling him to open the door. I called the contact number and they had no idea what to do. After 30 mins of him being locked inside that room, we called 911. The contact person texted back and said a locksmith would be there in 15 mins. I let him know emergency officials were on the way. Just as the firemen were about to start ripping and tearing, my daughter in law got on the floor, stuck her hands under the door and pulled it toward her to relieve the pressure and told the baby to unlock the door. He finally turned the lock and it opened. Definitely a safety issue!! This condo should not be rented to families with small children until this is addressed!! We’ve rented many condos in Branson and other places. This is by far the worst we’ve experienced.

Branson property

Truly was as described on website. Couple of issues with the code but got resolved quickly. Plenty of space to enjoy. It is located on second floor but a nice quiet end condo. The dryer didn’t dry. We had a good time anyway

Nice Condo and great location! They were remodeling the condo next door so it was a little noisy at times, but overall everything was great and we would stay here again!
