Our renovated house is nestled on a safe tree-lined, in the PERFECT Medford location around a traditional Italian neighborhood. Private 1200 sq/ft 3Bed, memory foam mattress, fast streaming latest tech TV 65" with a 1,000Mb speed (no cable TV), kitchen stocked with everything you may need. Sleeps 7. Parking included. Short walk to Italian restaurants. Very close to Tufts, Harvard, Cambridge, Boston (14 min. by car). 8 minutes walking from Ball Square T Station (green line).
Private house w/ a remote lock door in the 1st floor unit. Blazing fast Fios fiber optics WiFi for all your streaming needs as well as a TLC 55” ROKU TV in every room and in the living room a 65" TV. No Cable TV for local channels. Top of the line Bali shades with full blackout. This house comes w/ 1 parking for no additional fee. We are a 2 min. walk to the bus station and 8 min. to the T station Ball Square. Electric cars are welcome and we have an EV charger in the premisses for a daily fee of only $10. We can install an extra twin mattress on the floor for the 8th guest.
Upon confirmation of your stay with us, you will receive an access code unique to your party. The home is smart locked, so no need to worry about sharing or losing keys! You will have 100% private access to the entire home during your stay. But if for any reason you need us, we are only a call or a message away!
I am busy with another full time job as a realtor, a foundation president and a happy short term rentalowner of other units. You will see me every so often in the house and I am always a call away if you ever need anything.
We are a 2 minutes walk to the Tufts Park, 10 minutes walking from some Tufts facilities, 2 minutes from the bus station, 8 minutes walking from Ball Square T Station (green line). Also, a 5 minutes walk from several Italian restaurants such as Bocelli's and also a Brazilian restaurant Oasis. Walking distance from my favorite coffee shops in town, Colette Bakery and Grounder Coffee.
Driving in Medford is easy as it is not congested as the other towns close by. You can find parking relatively easy on Willis Ave. Don't ever park on Ellis Ave as it is a resident only parking zone. We have a bus station close to the house (less than 2 minutes walking). 8 minutes walking from Ball Square T Station (green line).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• No smoking - In case of any evidence of smoking in the house, a fee of $500 will be charged.
• No parties or events allowed - In case you disregard this rule, it will be assessed a $500 fee, plus $45 per extra guest not included in the booking, plus damages.
• Early check in/late check out: if possible, we would be happy to accommodate you. Let us know :)

There will be security cameras in all and every entrance of the unit for safety measures of our guests. All recordings may be saved for up to 30 days and may be shared with the authorities in case of necessity.
