Pymatuning Lake Walking distance to Espyville Marina!

First three seven day booking customers for 2026 my husband would love to take you walleye fishing with a valid fishing license. Come relax and enjoy our cozy 2 bedroom cottage. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, biking and the beautiful sunsets at the nearby Pymatuning Lake. The Espyville Marina is a short .02 mile walk to enjoy fishing off the pier or just relaxing on a nearby bench. This marina offers boat rentals of all kinds and stand up paddleboards.

Our cottage sleeps 6 but 5 comfortable if all adults. 2 Queen beds and a futon in the living room that sleeps 2 children or 1 adult comfortably. Linens are provided for all our beds. Bath towels are provided 1 per guest.

Our roomy kitchen offers a full kitchen with a range, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, crockpot, and dish towels. Enjoy your complimentary welcome treat as our way of saying Thank you!

A smart TV is provided in the living room for streaming as WIFI is provided.
Outside enjoy a gas grill.
Enjoy the outdoor picnic table and fire ring with camping chairs. Firewood can be purchased at several nearby locations.
There is a fish cleaning station for all you anglers.
There is ample parking and room for your boat.

Enjoy an ice-cream at the nearby Yorkies Ice-Cream. Poff bait store is nearby as well as local restaurants such as Countryside Restaurant, Little BIt, The Welcome Inn, The Crooked Paddle and Russells BBQ is on your way to the local Spillway where the ducks walk on water! Deer Park is located in Jamestown and Conneaut Park is only 9 miles away.
If you like to listen to live bands outdoor, try the nearby Mortal Keys. There is a nearby beach in Linesville and across the causeway in Andover Park.

Most of all, come and have fun!

Wonderful place to stay !!!

We had a wonderful time ! Very peaceful and great area for kids to like ride and enjoy the big yard . The fire pit was relaxing to sit by. Totally would recommend this cottage to stay at. Very clean and well kept.

The cottage is adorable, very clean and well supplied. The beds were very comfortable. Wendy is a wonderful host and very helpful. She made us a delicious banana bed for our stay. I felt like I was in my own home.

Perfect Retreat for some R&R

Wonderfully comfortable cottage and grounds. Fantastic outdoor family fire ring space. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Modern, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Highly recommended! We’ll be back!

Cute cottage

The property was very clean and well appointed. The owner even left a loaf of delicious, homemade blueberry bread for me, which was greatly appreciated. Wendy, the owner, is excellent at communication, quickly answering any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Very Nice!

Nice neighborhood. Very little traffic. Clean and well stocked. Very nice owners. We definitely recommend it! The only other perk I would really appreciate is a good stock of dry firewood so we don't have to buy or bring our own.

Clean, Relaxing Retreat in Espyville, PA

Very clean, neat, well maintained, little cottage near to Lake Pymatuning. Very comfortable cottage at the lake, with comfy beds, in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We rented a fishing boat the Espyville Marina and caught channel catfish and white perch. Plenty of quiet roads for long walks and bike rides. Fireside every evening. Near historical area of Oil City and Titusville. The Maritime museum in Erie is a must see. The owner Wendy is very helpful and responds to questions right away. And the fresh baked goodies were a real treat. All in all a good time, and a great value!

Home away from home

We had the most relaxing time. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was a very “homey” feeling. Wendy and Arnold were the perfect hosts. We will definitely be staying there again.

Weekend Getaway

We had such a great experience at Wendy’s place. Very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to Yorkie’s ice cream shop and the marina within minutes. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great cottage for fishing & relaxing

This cozy cottage is equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful vacation getaway. The location is perfect - so close to the lake and area attractions. We visited the spillway, fish hatchery, Stable Winery, flea market, area restaurants. We enjoyed campfires at the fire pit in the big backyard & sitting out on the front porch. Our hosts, Wendy and Arnold, had advice on where to fish & even provided us with minnows for bait. And the "s'more" cupcakes were delicious!
