House was in good condition for a place to stay on a hunting trip. Plenty of beds, and open storage places as well. Will look to rebook in the future if group size stays the same or grows.

Not enough bath clothes. As a whole needs a good cleaning. No place to hang clothes, oven Very very dirty. Lots of bugs. Sofa in den need to be replaced you fall to bottom. Other than all that it could be a very nice place lots of room.a very bad leak under sink we had to put a pan to catch water

Arrived 40 minutes early, was told we could check in early. We went in, place was dirty, beds had all been slept in, bathtubs were full of dirty towels, text the host, he got back to me fairly quick and got right on the problem and had housekeepers there in about 30 minutes. We left to go eat and returned in a couple hours, they was done and gone. Really like the place overall but it is in need of some TLC. and a good deep cleaning, if the host hasnt been there in a while I suggest he pays it a visit.

The cabin is beautiful! Had no issues at all. Slept all 14 of us easily and could have slept more. The pond was the kids favorite, loved fishing out of it.

Family vacation

This is a great place to vacation with a large group and we really enjoyed the home and the property. The location and scenery are terrific. I found the property manager to be easier to reach and responsive. The home could use some tender loving care but it would not deter us from renting it again. We definitely plan on staying again in the future. I highly recommend

Large with plenty of room. Not as clean as I like. TV difficult to operate for old folks. A ways out but not too far. Beautiful grounds. Could use another full bath down or at least a half bath to better accmdate large groups like us

Huge amount of space and beds!

The host was very kind and easy to communicate to. The property is gorgeous and the house is huge with plenty beds to accommodate a big group!

Hunting trip

Had a 4 day hunt with friends. Location was good, house accommodations were excellent and fit all of our needs. Were able to store boats in garage and out of snow each night so really worked out perfectly!

Thanksgiving

The property is beautiful, we loved taking walks and exploring, fishing on the pond, we also enjoyed seeing the deer and listening to the birds. There were 10 of us staying here for Thanksgiving and we had plenty of room, we even had 6 more people join us for Thanksgiving dinner and we were all very comfortable. This was a great meeting point for our family coming in from 3 states and we hope to stay here again!

Great Property to Relax

Not much out in Obion County, but that was kind of the point of going here. We enjoyed the pond, firepit and space. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for our large group. Couple of things to keep in mind. There is not a "grocery store" nearby, just a gas station convenient store and a Dollar General. Second, the gas grill really needs to be replaced...it worked, but I think it's on its last leg. It is early in the season, but the grass and brush growth to and around the pond could use some bushwacking. All that said, I'd recommend staying at this property is you want to get away and chill for a weekend. It's also pretty close to Reelfoot, so there's that option as well.
