Perfectly situated, our condo is just a five-minute walk to the village and slopes, or you can hop on the free shuttle that picks you up directly outside the condo! The Split Rock pool is also a short walk or shuttle ride away, where you can enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna for just $15 a day. While the Summit complex doesn’t have its own hot tub, the amenities nearby more than make up for it.

The Space:

Kitchen: Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a crockpot. We’ve provided some spices and olive oil to get you started. Enjoy the convenience of a traditional drip coffee maker, high-quality pots and pans, utensils, and more.

Family Room: Relax in the family room, featuring new high-end furniture and comfortable seating for eight. Enjoy a cozy evening by the gas fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV.

Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen counter, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: Queen bed with Roku TV and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with a smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Four twin beds (two bunk beds).

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with tubs. The master bathroom features a luxurious heated towel rack. Sheets and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

For families traveling with little ones, we’ve included a pack-n-play and high chair.

Outdoor Space: The back deck is a true highlight, offering seating for eight, a grill, and magnificent views of the mountains.

Entryway: There’s plenty of space to hang coats, hats, gloves, helmets, and more, along with ample storage for boots. Plus, six gravity grabber ski/snowboard holders.

Additional Information: Our condo is on the top (third) floor, ensuring you have the best views and no noise from above. You’ll need to walk up one flight of stairs from the parking lot.


Grocery Information: The closest grocery store is an hour away, so be sure to bring plenty of food if you plan to cook. There is a Dollar Store at the bottom of the mountain that sells some food, and the Wildcat Grocery Store on the mountain has limited items. For those who prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants in the village.

Please note: Late check-out during ski season is unlikely due to the cleaners' availability.

Important Information:

No smoking, parties, events, loud noise, or pets.
All guests must be declared on the reservation prior to check-in.
There is a $60 per night fee for each undeclared guest and a $100 per night fee for guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of 8. This may also result in termination of the rental with no refund.
For your safety, there is a security camera at the front door.

Off-Season Note: Most restaurants and stores are closed during the off-season (April to mid-May and mid-October to mid-November). Please check Snowshoe's website for exact dates and availability of services.
