Welcome to your home away from home. This one bedroom one bathroom apartment is centrally located just 2 blocks from UC and a five minute bus ride Downtown. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furniture, 77in 4k oled tv and full size bed. The kitchen features brand new stainless steal appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. Relax after a long day on the outdoor patio.
The apartment is located in the first floor of a two family house. The living room and kitchen are combined into one common space. The bedroom and bathroom are just off of the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to cook up a meal. The living room has a pull out sectional bed and a 77in 4k oled tv. The larger tv is perfect for enjoying an at home movie night. The living room also has a large desk for setting up your workspace. The bedroom features a full size bed, wardrobe and dresser. The bathroom has a handicap accessible shower with a seat and handrails. Just outside the apartment is a lovely patio with BBQ grill and flowers.
