Completely renovated top to bottom with every detail in mind. You will be at the center of everything. Quiet setting in Downtown Houghton within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, recreation, waterfront trail and much more! Within minutes of Mount Ripley, Michigan Tech University and within 1 hour of Mount Bohemia and Copper Harbor. The view of the Portage Canal and Lift Bridge says it all about this location.

Parking: Two parking spaces are available for each suite and located at the rear of the building along the iron fence/gate entrance to the suites. Two parking passes will be waiting for you in the suite. If you have additional vehicles, there is a neighboring City of Houghton parking deck which will require a permit from the City Office.

The condo is in the perfect downtown location. Very walkable to all our favorite places and close to MTU. The place is clean and roomy, with a beautiful kitchen overlooking the Houghton/Hancock bridge and the downtown area. We felt comfortable and safe. We would definitely rent this place again!

We had a great time in the Houghton area with this apartment as our home base! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and bars and the riverfront, and the parking was easy in and out once we figured it out (read the host instructions before you drive in). The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. I highly recommend!

Exploring Copper Country

This tidy little apartment is a well-executed modern living space in an historic downtown Houghten retail building. It makes a perfectly situated base camp for tourists exploring Michigan's legendary copper country. Host had every amenity that we required covered.

A perfect UP North getaway.

Very nice accommodations and we loved everything about it. The property has everything that you could think of. The location is fantastic and you are close to so many great restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Lexie's place! Awesome downtown location and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Great view of the bridge. Very nice updated apartment that is clean and well stocked. Lexie was a great host and we will stay again!

Best Place in the UP

The condo is perfect: well-laid out, attractive and very comfortable. You can't beat the location: easy walk to shops and restaurants and a not too long walk to Michigan Tech.

Great location from which to explore Michigan UP

If you like the wilderness but want some conveniences nearby, this is the perfect place. The condo is right in downtown Houghton, so you have access to restaurants, bars,etc. The place is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The hosts are quick to respond. I would not stay anywhere else in the area.

Perfect location

Such a cute stylish and modern place. Everything is updated great kitchen appliances and cookware allowed us to eat in. Love the location overlooking the river and downtown Houghton walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It’s a place for both families and couples.
