Park City Host Vacation Rentals presents our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo at Empire Coalition. The property offers an excellent location just three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort and on the free citywide shuttle route. The complex features a common hot tub, underground parking (one assigned space) and stair access. It's a great value for lodging that is right downtown and close to skiing, shopping, and dining. The free citywide shuttle route provides access to all three resorts and activities in town.

This unit is conveniently located within minutes of two world-class ski resorts of Park City and Deer Valley.

Hot Tub Services: Common hot tubs are not guaranteed during the summer season.

It was really a great stay! PC was a little warmer and without the snow we wanted, but can't put that on the property! Getting in/out was so easy, great space for 3 adults each with their own sleeping quarters.

Apartment is comfortable and as described... only really let down by the rest of the building which is a bit tired but once you are in the apartment, all is fine. Communication all very efficient especially when we wanted to amend the reservation.

Condo close to the lifts

Older building but large two bedroom unit in a great location. Walk to lifts and bus stop is on front. Super convenient location.

Great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Empire Coalition. Loved the convenience of being close to the bus stops for easy access to the slopes. Also easy to walk to the supermarket. The apartment was very nice, well equipped, comfortable and we enjoyed the spa. Any questions we had were responded to very quickly. However the bed in the main bedroom was too soft and very uncomfortable.

Great base for ski holiday

Overall we had a great time and the apartment is well equipped (loved the sharp knives in the kitchen!) the hot tub was a nice extra although its heating system was very noisy when it came on in the middle of the night. The mattress of our bed was also very ‘bouncy’ so we woke each other up when we moved in the night. But these are minor points - overall we had an excellent holiday.

It was a nice equipped condo right near downtown Park City. Our only gripe was the hot tub was not quite useable and had not been cleaned in some time but that is the building’s responsibility, not the host of the condo. (:

Overall our stay was great. A couple of things: the refrigerator door was not attached when we arrived so when we opened it the door fell off. Luckily the property manager was able to get us a new fridge for the week but the old one needs to be replaced and guests need to be told it isn't usable. Also, the mattresses on the beds could use upgrading, they are extremely soft and worn. Other than those things, however, we enjoyed our stay!

Good location, about 1/4 mile uphill walk to main Park City base area. Bus stop close. Spacious and comfortable. Good outdoor hot tub. Puny outside porch and gas fireplace- not a problem for us. Ski locker outside front door. Underground parking- 7.5 foot vertical clearance not adequate for tall vehicles. NO outside parking, and little response from management when we requested help with the parking issue. Watch your foot! Refrigerator door falls off when you open the fridge! We would return here

Great location, slightly run down

Overall we had a good stay. The location was great…easy to access the ski resort, the bus line, shopping etc. Having parking right on site was super nice. The condo had lots of space inside to hang out. However, parts of the condo were run down and not as upkept. The beds were very squeaky. So much so that it made it difficult to sleep because every time you would move the bed would squeak. The hairdryer also didn’t work which was disappointing because we didn’t have another one. The hot tub was also not operating while we were there. There was a “spa is closed” sign on the door.

Tired

Building and unit are both tired and need remodeling. Outside hallways are dingy and dirty. Unit needs updating too. Like New carpet. Kitchen cabinets worn. Living area Furniture is minimalist. Beds squeaky. Also hear lots of noise from unit above including their squeaky bed Is close to base and 2 shuttle stops so it is a good location. Ski rental across the street. It’s very serviceable. Not luxury
