Very nice condo at great price!

For the most part, all was great. The condo was clean. Very spacious. Very nice bathrooms. Beautiful showers. The internet worked great the whole time. I only had three issues. I didn't know where to throw out my garbage. The elevator was extremely slow. And if it pours rain for a while, The driveway to the exit gate floods badly.

While the accomodations were clean and comfortable there were a few issues. Most importantly, the elevator does not work and apparenlty hasn't for years. This should be noted as anyone with mobility issues would have trouble making it up the 2 flights of stairs. There is no Netflix and trying to have a conversation with an AI bot was ridiculously painful. Other than that there were a couple of items that needed repair that were reported.Overall, it is a decent place to stay at a low rate but I don't think I would stay again.

Got to the property around 8 PM to check in and the gate code that was given to me was wrong. Sat there for an hour and a half waiting for a response from somebody. finally had to follow somebody into the gate that had pulled in. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Property is very clean. Pool And bar at the hotel, were great. Will definitely be staying there again next year when we go back.

The rooms were nice. Furniture has to be updated.

The condo is nice and clean furniture. Especially the couch was horrible. Dishwasher was so noisy. You couldn't hear yourself think if it was running. Kitchen utensils were subpar, knives are not sharp. Enough to cut a tomato.

Great value!

The gated property is inviting upon arrival. Large pool, restaurant, and bar for guests to use is very nice with many cabanas at a first come basis at no cost. The unit is just as seen in pictures. It has amenities such as coffee maker, washer/dryer. Gate entrance code didn’t work at first but we got it sorted out. Overall, this property is a great value. Located very close to restaurants and grocery store. The property manager is very prompt in response if needed. If the unit had a King bed it would be even better.

Spring Games softball trip

Property was central location to all fields. Close to grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the communication with the host was great when I had a question. Thanks for a great week!

As Advertised but Disappointed

Unit was as advertised and for the price per night met our needs. I will say, we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the condo. First, the curtains in the bedrooms do not close the full width of the window. Yes, the blinds close but the light from the parking lot and the sun comes through. (Why would curtains not be full width?) We found a hole in a closet door, a sliding shower door inoperable, the living room ceiling fan when on "hums" in the wall so loudly near the TV outlet that we didn't use it. The furniture in the condo including beds are low end and extremely used. And the TV cable service doesn't offer HD channels (if it does, it's far to complicated for the year 2024). Overall, for the price it met our needs just disappointed in the condition from a company we use so often for vacations.

Christmas Vacation

Was no frying pan. Had to go buy one. Sink was leaking in kitchen underneath. Cable wasn’t great not much to watch. Great location. No pressure on shower head in the first bathroom coming in.

Came for a sports tournament. Location was perfect! Dishwasher was super loud so only run it when you are about to leave for a bit. Otherwise it was great!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Tuscana. The beds were comfortable. The condo was spacious. It had all the amenities that we needed. The only problem he has was getting in the gate after 9 PM we would, however highly recommend it to anyone. It would be a great spot for two couples to share.
