The Las Vegas Strip is probably the world`s best-known boulevard stretch, so do prepare yourself for an intense few hours among casinos, restaurants, stores, top-notch hotels, and many other establishments. When having been here during the day, come back at night to rediscover the Strip, and for getting both dizzy and amazed in this sea of shimmering neon lights.

The Neon Museum is dedicated to preserving signs from old casinos and other Las Vegas businesses. Discarded by their former owners and lovingly preserved by collectors, the signs are displayed outdoors. You can explore the museum on your own during the day or take an excellent guided tour closer to sunset, when some of the signs at the Neon Boneyard light up.

The Grand Canyon is one of America’s most majestic natural wonders, with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. The Grand Canyon itself is 18 miles (29 km) wide, and a mile (1,6 km) deep. It is possible to hike 9 miles (14,5 km) down the Bright Angel Trail to the very bottom, and this quite tough walk is most certainly worth it!

The Fremont Street Experience is a highly successful attempt to draw the millions of visitors back to the downtown area. The domed-canopy 90 feet (27,5 meters) above the street was constructed along five city blocks, lined with some of the oldest casinos in Las Vegas. Every evening from sundown to midnight, the canopy becomes a giant screen showing high resolution images accompanied by concert-quality sound. At the top of each hour, visitors pour into the streets, looking skyward in anticipation of one of the six different shows lasting six to nine minutes.

You will need a vehicle if you plan to visit the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Red Rock Conservations area or any other national park recreation area. You will not need a vehicle for walking the Las Vegas Strip, there is public transportation along the strip in wither buses or a monorail system. See resort staff for more details on schedule and costs.

Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee`s are non- refundable

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.
Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.
The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability. *300 sq. ft.*
Guests must be 21 or older to check in. The reservation name must match the Government issued photo ID presented to the front desk agent. A major credit card will be needed for incidental deposit.
