Great place to stay

This VRBO is clean, modern, and in a great location. The full kitchen, laundry facilities, access to the garage for storage, and hot tub are great amenities that set it apart from the rest of VRBO's in Salt Lake City.

A great place

My wife and I had a great time in this very neat and clean downstairs apartment. We found it to be very well positioned to ski all the resorts in the SLC area and also a very quick trip to the downtown area for evening entertainment. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable!

This is the cleanest rental property I’ve stayed at in the SLC area! The host also provided little things, such as laundry detergent and snacks, that made our stay feel like we were at right at home. We would most definitely stay here again when we come back to the area!

Great stay!

Peggy’s place was wonderful and cozy for a long weekend ski trip for myself and a friend. The place was exactly as described, very clean and cozy. The hot tub was wonderful to have after a long day of skiing as well! Peggy was also very nice to leave little snacks and necessities.

Great Location to ski areas

Nice clean unit in a quiet neighborhood. Close to ski hills. Comfortable with great communication with the host. The hot tub is a huge bonus. Will stay again.

great place to stay!

The rooms and amenities are essentially brand new. Everything was exactly as described. Our host was prompt with responses. Location is very near to grocery stores, restaurants etc.. We would stay here again for sure!!

Convenient and clean

We enjoyed our stay here, it was close to all the ski areas, and we could walk to a local food hall that had selections of several different types of food. Our host had stocked the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen which was handy. The price for 3 of us was reasonable too. We also liked the hot tub.

Near the cottonwoods

The place was great. Peggy was very responsive and everything you needed was there. Great hot tub, comfy bed, great kitchen. Only shortcoming was the futon couch in the living room, not very comfortable at all, but the other couch was very good.

The apartment was perfect for us as we moved our U of U student into his first off campus place. The place is clean and comfortable.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We stayed here 3 nights while moving our son out of the dorms- great location, quiet location, perfect size for the 3 of us. The rental was stocked with anything we might need and a plus was we could store all his stuff in the garage before we drove home! We’ll be back again.

What a great find

Everything was perfect and so close to so much. Was in Utah to get a little time on the slopes. Quick drives to Park City, Cottonwood Canyons and a little longer to Sundance, but reasonable. Great communication and the apartment was perfect and well furnished. Would stay again!

Mom’s first visit to SLC

The location is great, and Peggy was extremely responsive! I’m local, but my mom was visiting from Florida and I wanted somewhere that we could stay together. The entire place was so clean and we loved our stay. The only concern we noticed was the low ceilings in certain places, but it’s expected in a basement apartment. 100% recommend Peggy’s property.

Fantastic host!

Loved our stay here. Beautiful views and great location just off the highways. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Description is very accurate with stairs thru backyard entrance to entire lower level of the home. Very clean and the beds are ultra comfy!!! She has tons of extra bedding and pillows. Love the bumblebee sheets - so fun! Kitchen is beautiful and new with Keurig, dishwasher, fridge, stove, etc. Washer and dryer too. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was exceptionally clean. Bedding, pillows, towels, were nice and new. Peggy has included many extra amenities to make guests comfortable. She’s thought of everything guests could need and included fun elements like games and snacks also. She was fantastic with communication and answered questions within a few minutes. We enjoyed the hot tub on a chilly evening. It’s nestled into a corner of the backyard. Great place to relax. We will definitely stay again!
