Family House in Tuscany Wine Country not far from Florence and Historical sites.

Thank you very much for staying at our home! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and would gladly have you back any time!

I clearly told the guest in messages that we do not own a pool or have a pool on the property. There is a campground 10 minutes from here with a pool that people from the neighborhood use. We have ample parking in a car park down the hill. We also park in the field close to the front door of the house. My listing says NOTHING about on site laundry. There is a laundromat nearby. When I messaged the guest during their stay, they did not respond. When I messaged the guest after their stay. They did not respond. My caretakers were not made aware of any complaints either. I am sitting in my house right now. My car is parked just outside the door in the field. I could have also parked in the car park.
