The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half bathrooms, a large kitchen, a game room, drink refrigerators, TVs throughout, and a restaurant ice maker. You won’t want to leave this resort style home, but when you do, it's close to TPC Golf Course, Old Town Scottsdale, and Kierland Commons. Enjoy Scottsdale year round at the Palm Ridge Resort.

Guest Access:
- Guests will have access to the entire property except for the garage
- Guests will self check-in with a keypad at the front door

- Access: Home is equipped with a keypad and instructions will be provided at check in
- Spa Heat: The spa heat is included in the rental
- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $195 - $245 (depending on season) per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days.
- Lazy River Heat: The lazy river can be heated for an additional $275 per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days.
- The pool and lazy river are not fenced so please be mindful of children
- Due to ambient temperature, lazy river may not reach 85°F during coldest times of the year
- Television: The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs with YouTube TV and you may also log into your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV
- Living room garage door is not operational during the summer season
- Outdoor speakers are limited to the maximum allowed decibels to accommodate city noise ordinances
- Parking: Please park in the driveway and limit street parking
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are available upon request
- Coffee: Standard drip coffee maker and Nespresso Vertuo machine
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

Rules, Regulations, and Policies:
- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancelations resulting from under age reservations.
- No pets allowed. Subject to fines up to $500 per pet. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- No smoking allowed. Subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- Per City of Scottsdale reservations shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.
