This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit sits above 5,200 feet in elevation providing breathtaking views and only a 200 yard walk to Sugar Mountain’s Summit Express ski lift and slopes at 5,300' elevation! Enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck (accessible from master bedroom and living room) and take in the incredible long range mountain views - see as far as Charlotte on a clear day! Equip with central HVAC, WiFi, cable TV, gas logs and a fully furnished kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances this unit is sure to provide everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip to the mountains. Unit will sleep 4 max with a King bed in the master and a Queen in the guest room. Just a quick drive to local attractions and activities such as skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, rafting, bike trails, farmer’s market, shopping, restaurants etc. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Max occupancy is 4. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. Also, EV charging is not allowed at the Reserve. There is a $100.00 fine for anyone found charging one. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

The space and view were wonderful! We wish we had received responses from the host when we sent messages, but we never heard from them. I saw where historically they are very responsive and appreciate that it was a holiday weekend, though, and that they may not have been available. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful property. Would have appreciated knowing it was bottom apartment only assesible by stairs. We are both 65 and climbing stairs was difficult. Also, i would suggest a curtain or blinds that can be drawn for sun. We enjpyed and it was very clean.

Several small things made the stay a little less enjoyable but can be easily resolved. The televisions in the bedrooms are very small and hardly watchable. TV/Cable remotes are missing in one of the bedrooms. The coffee maker was long overdue for a thorough cleaning/descaling and un-useable. Property management was extremely helpful in arranging a later check out. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views . Beds very comfortable. Only thing I would change is the furniture. As a senior, and with spinal issues, I prefer firmer seating. Would stay there again.

The view from the balcony was incredible to watch the sunset every night. We used it for a ski vacation and it was a short walk to the top of the slope. The rental management company, RRR, was very easy to communicate with and work with. They were so friendly and accomodating. We will make a return to this place next year for another vacation.

Beautiful property! Just a few notes

Just wanted to say first, the view is absolutely gorgeous. Waking up to the mountain range just outside the window was the absolute best part of this trip. The drive up the mountain was curvy but not scary or dangerous (even in my front wheel drive Corolla) in the middle of March. A little snow on the ground but the roads are maintained wonderfully. Grocery store and restaurants nearby, very convenient. However, the soap in all the bathrooms was watered down to the point that it basically wasn’t soap anymore. I pulled one of the cookie sheets out to cook a pizza on and it was visibly caked with grease, I thought it was just rust/wear but when I swiped my finger it was leftover food residue. I also tried to contact the host during my stay, but since I was staying over a weekend Fri-Sun, no one answered any of my messages or called me back until I was already in another city on Monday. It wasn’t a big deal for me personally but if I had any serious issues, it would scare me to not be able to get in contact with anyone.

Can't Beat the Views!

Excellent property, very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. At the top of the Summit in The Reserve, with a short walk to the ski lift. Highly recommended. Roads are well maintained during the winter. We had a fabulous quick trip, love the area, starting to make Sugar Mountain a routine visit, and would enjoy staying here again. Thank YOU for sharing your lovely condo with us!
