Mountain Penthouse with elevator ski in/out pet friendly

Stunning ski in/ ski out penthouse (MOGULS BUILDING) that is accessed directly from an elevator overlooking the Monashee mountains. This tastefully modern condo can sleep 8 people comfortably.

The unit has been set up for you to have the MOST FUN ski/ snowboard vacation including a video game station and board games.

This is a one of a kind penthouse in the Moguls building, all it is missing is you for the most unforgettable vacation!

This building also has a communal hot tub, sauna and games room!

Kitchen:

- Espresso machine
- electric kettle
- large kitchen table with 4 chairs and bench seating
- The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, large bowls, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses and glasses.

I include coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt and pepper and cooking oil.

Living room:

- large couch and a few single chairs
- smart TV
- closet to keep your ski gear
- shelf for ski equipment
- lots of board games

* please note the fireplace is just for ambiance and doesn’t work

2 bedrooms:

- First bedroom includes a queen bed with two side tables and lamps
- Second bedroom includes en-suite with a shower. It has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 8 people (double beds over double beds) . There is also a sofa, 43” inch smart tv, game console, lamp and a side table

2 bathrooms:

-Main bathroom has a shower
-Ensuite bathroom has a large shower, washer/ dryer, and ample counter space

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:

This property is located on the ski run `Moguls Track.` You can ski right into the back of the building and walk throughs the doors to either floor 6 or 8. This unit is on floor 10, so would take the elevator up your private elevator to floor 10. This is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT location!!!

The suite is a 5 minute walk to the village. You can ski directly from the 6th or 8th floor onto the Moguls track which will bring you to either the Plaza Chair, Ridge Rocket or Snow Ghost chairs.

Guests have access to the entire condo. The condo comes with one underground parking spot. You can only get access to the condo by opening a door code, which will provide you with entry to the building and parkade. You will need to use the door code provided to enter the condo. There is a shared hot tub and games room in the building. Please only park in the assigned parking stall. Additional vehicles will need to park in Happy Valley.

We`re available to assist you by phone or through the booking platform. If your inquiry is not an emergency, we kindly request that you contact us the following day if it is after 8 PM. Additionally, if you anticipate a late check-in after 8 PM, please let us know in advance. Thank you!

Located just outside of the village, when you park the car there will be no need to use it again! Ski in and ski out from multiple floors onto the Moguls Track. Within a 5 minute walk you find yourself nestled in the heart of the village where you can access numerous restaurants, shops, the market, the Gondola down to Happy Valley, or anything else you will want for your perfect getaway.

Some of our favourite restaurants include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi and the Cabin Kitchen and Bar!

Pet friendly - one dog - must be approved - There is a $75/additional cost that will be added to your stay
You will have ONE underground parking stall (all additional vehicles will need to park at Happy Valley parking lot - fees apply)

Additional Parking: Overnight parking is available by permit only at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot. Permits are required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.

Permit Costs:
Overnight Parking: $25 per night, per vehicle (no trailers allowed).
Weekly Parking: $125 per week, per vehicle (no trailers or RVs/campers allowed).
RV/Camper Parking: $50 per night, per RV/camper (maximum of 7 nights per season).


Ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. No parties or large events permitted.

Access to communal hot tub, sauna, ski locker and ski wax room in the Moguls Building. Please note that the hot tub and sauna are only open during the winter season.

This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone!

Family ski trip

We loved staying here! The condo is a great space, and was very comfortable for an our family of 5. The elevator straight to the room was awesome but it was loud with people using it in the night.

Awesome stay with the family, only issue was the Wii didn’t work because it didn’t have the sensor bar. Lots of room and very clean. Would stay again

Family ski trip

It was so frustrating to not have any info regarding check in procedures, codes, parking etc.My emails were not returned and VRBO was inaccessible. Luckily a friend of mine was able to get Tim’s contact info. Tim is the property manager and he was super helpful. But until we could speak to him we were stranded. The owner and VRBO were frustratingly inaccessible.
