For our young guests, we provide a pack 'n' play (byo sheet), high chair, and children's dinnerware.

We provide a starter supply of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. Depending on your length of stay, you may need to bring more.

The cabin is located in a resort community. The roads are paved and there is flat parking for up to 4 vehicles. There are inclines coming in and going out that may initially feel uncomfortable to a non-local, but they are not overly steep. The roads are generally easily traversed by any car, but 4-wheel drive is advisable in the snow.

For security purposes, the property has a Ring floodlight camera with active recording located in front of the cabin which monitors the parking area and entrance.

You'll have access to the entire cabin with the exception of one owner's closet.

The shared resort pool is open seasonally (generally Memorial weekend to Labor Day). It is closed on Wednesdays for cleaning.

Up to 2 dogs (house-trained) are allowed at the property. Please ensure your guest count includes the correct number of dogs if applicable. Cats and/or other pet animals are not permitted.

We offer a 5% military discount off the nightly rate in appreciation to active duty military and veterans. If this applies to you, please send us an inquiry and we will send you an offer with the discounted rate.

The cabin is located in the mountains and near woods. As such, there are various creatures, including wild animals, in the area. You may see bears and should avoid coming into close contact with them or leaving food items in your vehicle or on the porch. You may see bugs even though our cabin is on a strict pest control schedule.

In case of inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and/or unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.

Please take note of the cancellation policy. There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other matters beyond our control except in the case of a mandatory evacuation. Trip insurance is highly recommended (including "cancel for any reason" if there may be personal interruptions to your trip). You will be given the option to purchase travel insurance through the booking platform at the time the reservation is made.

During your stay:
We are available 9am-6pm EST via platform messaging/email. While we do not reside full-time in the area, we have a trusted cleaning and maintenance team in town that helps us address any issues. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits.
