This studio apartment combines comfort, convenience, and the distinct character of Halifax for a memorable stay.

The Neighborhood: Quinpool district has everything at your fingertips, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, bank, pharmacy, shops, etc. The commons are a stone throw away - a great place to take a walk, play some baseball or throw a frisbee. Downtown core is only a 10 minute walk, and houses some of the best restaurants and shops that Nova Scotia has to offer!
Getting Around: This is an excellent location for those who enjoy walking to their destinations. If you have a car, there is on street parking nearby. If you are a bus go-er your steps away from the nearest bus stop!
Other Things to Note: PARKING (CONTINUOUS): In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am. - The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone. - The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle - The rate expires at 11:00 am.
As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.

A fresh bright spot not far from the citadel and downtown. Large windows let in tons of natural daylight, but also let in street lights at night. The kitchen had the basics and having laundry in the unit was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the spot and would happily stay again.

Great place in a central location
Great place to stay for a visit to Halifax. Very close to the hospital, and walking distance or short drive to lots of restaurants, sight-seeing etc. Place was clean and host was very responsive!

Spacious and clean but very bright
The apartment is convenient to good coffee shops, groceries, and a couple of nice restaurants. We were also close to transit and Bird bike and scooter pick up locations. Very spacious and tidy unit with laundry and Roku so we could watch movies in the evening. The only drawbacks: a bit bright at night due to streetlights outside and proximity to the hospital made for ambulances coming and going occasionally. The owner could add room darkening drapes to counter the brightness. Overall, good value and reasonable location for sightseeing.

Halifax visit
Location was fine. The bed was comfortable and most of the necessities were in place. I was surprised to find that there wasn't a broom and a dustpan in the unit, to allow for the cleaning up of spills.That was resolved, when I met with the cleaner.It was not particularly easy to connect with the host as texts were not answered in a timely manner, if at all. When I called, I had better luck, though not necessarily on the first attempt. When I did get to talk to someone, they were happy to help.The TV did not work the first 2 and a half days, though I was compensated for that, which was good.So, all in all, an okay experience but there were definitely things I think could be improved on.
