Beautiful

This place is very quaint, well kept, nice pool, beach view, provides all the items you need to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little hideaway

Accommodations very clean and updated. Property had nice outdoor activities. Couldn’t beat the short walk to the ocean.

Spacious, comfy and relaxing

Lovely townhouse style right on the beach, lots of extras provided by owner. Spacious and flexible sleeping options. Would definitely return.

Great beach condo option!

This beach condo worked well for our family! Having a pool and the ocean at our feet with plenty of space for our family to sleep worked well for us. Loved all the beach supplies and staff support as well.

Listing was very accurate. Property is very clean and orderly. The interior was very clean and adequate. We knew that we wanted to be beachfront south of 5th, and this fit the bill perfectly.

Beautiful Property

This property was perfect for our family. Views of the ocean from townhouse 5 so definitely recommend this unit. Loved the dual living space and lots of opportunities for outdoor seating. Already planning our next visit!

Pleasant stay in wonderful property

The property seemed to be recently remodeled. It was clean and they provided all the items needed for a great stay. The area was easy going. Close enough to fishing and restaurants to make it enjoyable. The owner made check-in easy.

Spacious condo in 'Old Florida' coastal community

Clean and spacious older two-story condo, with plenty of room for two or three couples, or two couples and kids. Kitchen adequately supplied, no oven but microwave, refrigerator and 2-burner stovetop. The location just north of Sebastian Inlet State Park is in a relatively undeveloped part of the coast, which is rare now in Florida. The adjacent beach was uncrowded and very pretty.

Hidden Gem

Three adults visited for a long weekend and had the most amazing time! The property and unit were very clean. The property has SO many amenities, it can’t be beat! We really appreciated all the attention to detail from the beach chairs/canopies, beach towels, dish soap, paper towels, eco-friendly toiletries, fans in the bedrooms, and all the kitchen essentials you could ever need. I love that it’s quiet and easy to get to and so many essentials nearby. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and looking forward to a future stay!

Lovely townhome

Blue view was a great place to stay. We had 5 families in our group, everyone loved the property. Our townhouse slept 6 of us very comfortably. Check in was easy, the couple on property were very nice and helpful. Our townhome was very clean. The property is right on a quiet beach, nice pool and a game room that was perfect to hang out in. The only downside, which is uncontrollable by the owners was the no see ums. Definitely bring some good bug spray

Great place!

Townhouse was very clean and in a great quiet location. I was confused about the kitchen and laundry facilities, but the owner was very quick to answer my questions. There is only a small cooktop and no oven. The washer and dryer were free, but only available from 8 to 5. I would’ve liked to do laundry in the evening. The only real complaint was that the hot water was hit or miss. Most days, showers were barely lukewarm. There was lots of room and it was very clean. All in all, a great place to stay!

Great value

We enjoyed the stay very much! The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. The availability of the washer to do laundry is really my only complaint. We spent 4 hours just waiting for a load to finish and run our load - it was the longest running wash cycle I've ever seen! But we were thankful to have it at all. I should also mention that there is no oven, so if you're planning meals, keep that in mind. The pool was was really nice to have available in the heat. This is a very nice property for a family vacation.

Great place to stay!

We were 5 people total. The townhome #5 had plenty of room. We were able to see the sunrise from our balcony. Coffee, bath necessities, ironing board with iron, washer and dryer were provided for guests, detergent and dryer sheets, and more. More towels were provided upon request. Chairs were also provided on the beach so we didn’t have to take anything with us. Accommodations are well thought out for a perfect stay. There was a couple that assisted with whatever we needed. They were extremely nice and helpful! The townhome was very clean. We had a great time!! We will definitely go again.
