Beach Access Resort Condo with Breath-Taking View
Located on top floor with breath-taking view of 8 acre lake. Short walk/bike ride to beach, community pool/jacuzzi, tennis, shopping, restaurants, luxury movie theater, and the renowned Maltz Theater. Centrally located between Miami and Orlando, major attractions in either direction are approx. 2 hours . Rental comes with FREE 2 hour bike or kayak rental at Jupiter Outdoor Center in beautiful Riverbend Park! Also available are daily/weekly bike rentals with FREE delivery! PETS REQUIRE $100 FEE--max 20 lbs.
This split plan 2 br condo has 2 baths and a combined dining/living area that leads out to screened patio overlooking 8 acre lake.
Other things to note:
PETS: under 20 lbs are permitted and require a $100 pet fee for deep cleaning.
PARKING: There is ample parking but no assigned spots. You have 3 options:
1. Upon booking, provide the following:
--$25 parking pass fee (we will send a payment request)
--Complete and return Jupiter Bay's Guest Registration Form
--Provide IDs for all guests occupying the unit
--Supply and pet information and vaccine records if applicable
--------------OR-------------
2. Forego all of the above, including the $25 fee:
--Jupiter Bay Parking lot is only monitored overnight, allowing cars without permits to park anywhere during daylight hours.
--In the evening, simply move your vehicle to a spot at the Twisted Tuna restaurant next door (only a few steps from your unit).
--If arriving late, simply park in front of your unit to unload, then move your car to the Twisted Tuna

3. IF NOT DRIVING TO THE DESTINATION AND NOT TRAVELING ANY GREAT DISTANCES DURING YOUR STAY, consider other transportation!
--Zeke's Golf Cart Taxi offers an open-air, limo-type golf cart shuttle to local restaurants and activities. The service is free, but tips are highly encouraged. ---Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
--Rent bikes!
You will be asked your parking preference shortly after booking via VRBO Inbox.
TOURIST TAX: 7% Palm Beach County tourist tax must be paid on gross rent at time of booking because Airbnb only collects Florida State sales tax.

While attending the University of Miami my family bought a second home in Jupiter to escape the cold and dark winters of Connecticut . I loved kayaking the Loxahatchee River, fishing the the inlet and exploring Jonathan Dickinson State Park so much that I moved here after graduation and opened a real estate company, as well as an outdoor center that has connected thousands with nature since 1997. As a way of saying thanks to our guests and enable them to explore the natural areas of Jupiter we offer a free membership to The Jupiter Outdoor Center that includes kayak and bike rentals. Besides helping you get your nature on we can also give you the inside scoop on the best restaurants and fun events in the area ranging from art shows to Broadway plays to seafood festivals and more. We want your experience to be filled with ease and grace!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Being a real estate broker my entire life I know the value of location and privacy. Besides being able to walk or bike to the beach, we are also steps away from Riverwalk. Riverwalk is a pedestrian-only walkway that meanders along the intracoastal waterway leading to natural areas and great restaurants, a marina and entertainment center with outdoor amphitheater, pickleball courts and more. If kicking back and chill is on the menu, there is nothing better than lounging at the pool and grabbing a great meal next door at the Twisted Tuna. Buck a shuck oysters and kids night are the best.
