Legacy House: Roomy and wheelchair accessible house near the mountains.

You will have the entire private house to yourself, including a private yard and large kitchen.This single-level home is within 20 minutes of the airport, downtown dining and nightlife, skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, and more! The home is single level with easy access for wheelchairs. The kitchen has everything you need from large frig to Wolf gas stove. The dining table easily seats 8. The neighborhood is in a safe, quiet suburban area. The laundry room is large and bright. The 3 bedrooms are large. The back yard is private with wicker seating and propane bbq. There are two full bathrooms. We have a 3 night minimum stay, but are flexible for special needs. Just installed a tankless water heater…never run out of hot water! We have a manual wheelchair to borrow or a power chair to rent

We had the greatest stay at the Legacy House! Everything was perfect for our vacation / family event. My daughter, SIL, and granddaughter stayed at the house to host my dad’s 88th birthday and our 1st family get together in over 20 years. The house had every thing we needed, including an accessible back yard for my SIL. The beds were perfect, the kitchen had what we needed to prepare a turkey dinner and the bathrooms were completely operational for wheelchair navigation. We will be back! Thank you!

My husband, his brother, and one of our sons traveled out of state to Vernal, UT to bow hunt. My husband had a health crisis and ended up at a hospital near this home, 4 hours away from where he was hunting. Family, including myself drove or flew in to UT to be of support. This one level home with a walk in shower was perfect for his recovery before flying back home. It was conveniently located both to the hospital & the airport. The hosts were so gracious and kind. They helped make an unexpected, traumatic event go smoother. They offered encouragement. They had no problem with different family members coming and going. They responded quickly to any messages. There is a great outdoor area. I can’t say enough about their kindness and hospitality. If you come to this area, this is a wonderful place to stay with wonderful hosts. And PS, my husband is recovering well!

We were in SLC for our nieces wedding, the house was perfect, very clean, well appointed kitchen which was great as we doing cook. Great out door space with furniture and indoor seating, both kitchen and living room was very good. Accessible bathroom was great as one of our family has mobility issues. Host was attentive, easy to reach. We would recommend this house for short and long term stays.

Wonderful home!

We loved our stay. The house is welcoming with a great kitchen and comfortable spacious bedrooms. Easy drives to ski bus parknrides. The house was everything we wanted for a great stay!

Great location and comfort with wheelchair accessibility

I brought my mother-in-law to the area to see and visit family in the area that she had not seen in years. She has significant mobility issues and was able to stay here comfortably and the great space allowed the local family to come to her. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary dishes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean house in great location

We enjoyed our stay here for our annual guys ski trip. The location to access both canyons was great. The house was clean and well stocked. We will definitely keep this one on our list for future trips.

Perfect place to bring our baby home

We were in SLC to adopt a newborn baby. The house was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable which can be hard to find JB rentals. Owners were very responsive. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything we could have wanted

I rented this property for my family and I to stay at, when all traveling from different states. We were only there for 2 nights, but we ate the majority of our meals at the home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and store our food. The master bedroom and queen bedroom were especially comfortable. The sheets were very soft and the pillows were great. We especially enjoyed the back patio. We would rent this home again and again.

Ski trip

This house 🏡 was absolutely charming!! Brighton and solitude resorts were super close. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The large laundry room allowed me to wash all 5 sets of snow gear and hanging options after a long day at resort. The kids fought over who got to shower next in the very large shower!! The location was very quiet and only few minutes from a Starbucks!! Woodward was only 20 minutes away and offered tubing !! We did not cook at all/ however- they had a beautiful set up. Absolutely want to book next spring break.
