Whitehaven is the perfect space for a family or couples looking for an Up North MI getaway! The house is tucked back quaintly in the woods with beautiful scenery. Enjoy a quiet dinner in the yard by grilling on the back deck or it’s only a 5 min drive to downtown Harbor Springs shopping, dining and the beach. If you are looking to hit the slopes it is only a 15 min drive to Nubs Nob or Boyne Highlands. Check out renowned Pond Hill Farm 5 min drive down the road for local wine tastings and family fun. The area has so much to offer!

We loved our stay at Whitehaven! The location was perfect for fall colors and close by lots of family friendly areas, like Pond Hill Farm, Petoskey State Park, and the idyllic Harbor Springs waterfront. We enjoyed bopping around to all these spots multiple times throughout the weekend.Overall the house was very clean and perfect for our family of 4 – everyone had their own space, but it still felt cozy. And we appreciated all the kitchen amenities and how well-stocked the cookware was – it made it especially easy to make quick meals for our kids. Stephanie was a wonderful host! A great communicator and made us feel certain we would be taken care of if we had any questions. Stephanie even went above and beyond to return a lost item to us – bringing it to our attention before we even noticed. That level of thoughtfulness was so comforting.We would definitely recommend staying here and will hope to return again in the summer months!

We had a wonderful stay at Whitehaven. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The home is thoughtfully furnished and very well stocked. We enjoyed the location which is peaceful yet still very close to downtown and other great spots along M-119. The host was very accommodating with a last minute booking and checked in with us to make sure all was well. An excellent stay in Harbor Springs!

Summer Get Away

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, etc. Fully functioning kitchen was great. Location was perfect for all the up north destinations.

Perfect Summer Vacation

This was such a beautiful place to stay! When we pulled up in the driveway a deer was waiting for us. The front porch was so inviting and relaxing. The back deck was the perfect most peaceful spot for coffee and enjoying nature. A doe and her fawn visited during one of my morning coffee times. The inside was inviting and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There is only one shower but we made it work with 5 of us. Harbor Springs was less than a 5 minute drive. The tunnel of trees was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

PURE MICHIGAN

We recently stayed at “WhiteHaven” and had a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a Pure MI vacation in a beautiful, well appointed home near all the local happenings, look no further. The location was perfect, offering stunning treetop views and easy access to Pond Hill Farms. Our host, Stephanie, was (very) quick to respond and help throughout our stay. The manual provided for check-in and check out was thorough and made departing a bit easier. Moreover, we will definitely be returning to “WhiteHaven” sooner rather than later! Thank you💦

Lovely Vacation

Whitehaven is beautiful and perfectly appointed - Stephanie is an attentive and thoughtful host. After many years of vacationing in the northeast, this was a great introduction to Michigan and its crystal clear water. Harbor Springs is easy and charming.

Amazing Location and Accommodation!

This property was amazing. The house is incredibly well stocked, finely decorated and well appointed! We had a great stay, close to The Highlands and Nubs Nob for skiing and close to many dining options. We’ve rented many places across the country, and this was definitely the one of the cleanest and most comfortable yet! This is a Michigan Up North gem!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at “Whitehaven”. The property is perfect and the home is exceptionally clean. Stephanie was very helpful all they way through! We loved the serenity of our surroundings and were pleased with the amenities. I highly recommend and will stay here every time we are in this area.

Harbor Springs Getaway

Fully redone place with lots of nice touches. Not on the water but very close to town. Easy bike ride if you rent or bring your own. Great spot!

Very Accomodating

My husband and boat crew stayed at this property for a regatta and Stephanie was super easy to work and communicate with. Lots of activities, beautiful house, fire pit was a hit and great location.

Beautiful Michigan Stay

We loved our week at WhiteHaven Cottage! Stephanie communicated well, and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. The house was beautiful, clean, and well updated. There were games, and a wonderful outdoor area that gave our kids a great spot to hang out. The location was wonderful-close to several great places and never a far drive for the other towns/sights we wanted to see (Charlevoix and Mackinac Island). We would stay at WhiteHaven again, and definitely recommend it!

Serenely Set, Updated Cottage only minutes from Harbor Springs

We have vacationed all over Michigan but enjoyed our first trip to Harbor Springs. We were blessed with absolutely amazing weather for June and were surprised at how much there was to do in and around Harbor Springs as a family. Whitehaven is beautifully updated and met our needs as a family of 3. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed so that we could cook a few meals at home as well as grill out back on the porch. Whitehaven is conveniently located only 5 minutes from town, and very serenely set in the woods. I'm sure it's even more beautiful in the Fall and Winter too. We hope to visit Harbor Springs again in the future!
